DO NOT TRUST THEM

This is a company not not to be trusted. They make promises to ship items which are not legal do so. The staff have no knowledge about regulations. When I asked for documentation to show that it was possible to ship batteries, they refused to do so while promising it was possible. they told me that they would not declare batteries in order to ship them.

An efficient service

The booking system was well designed and easy to us. However there was little information given regarding collection after saying it had been left at the drop off site. The tracking number was not recognised whenever I tried and until the family in Canada told us it had arrived we would not have known.

Brilliant Company!

Brilliant service as usual from Worldwide Parcel Services. Delivered to the USA within 3 days at Christmas time. Have used the company for 10 years now and would recommend to everyone.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I needed to send an international consignment and there was an issue with the address. This was dealt with by the WPS office and the consignment got there on time

Appalling, avoid at all costs!!!!!

The prominent issue I have is that the parcel was returned and therefore my care package I intended for my brother and sister in law to receive ahead of Christmas has not been delivered!

Let's go back to the start of the process, trying to find the code to match the contents...are you having a laugh????? That is not built for your regular every day person to use and decipher which code is relevant!!! Not user friendly whatsoever!!!

So I get through 'half a day' getting the contents all coded and then send the parcel. Reasonably straightforward at this point, if I overlook conflicting information, with one email saying I had to print 3 copies of a 'commercial invoice' and another saying I didn't need to.

So the parcel arrives in Spain and I am not receiving any information but my brother is, concerning what was supposed to be a SURPRISE care package from me!!! So he is getting emails asking him to complete a series of forms declaring the contents of the parcel are, a) 'not subject to border control by pharmacies' and b) 'not veterinary medicines'. How would he know if he didn't pack the parcel. Oh and by the way, the forms are all in Spanish, no translation provided or offer of support to translate!

Another half a day spent translating and eventually all forms are successfully completed and submitted.....and then we hear nothing!!! I chase it up with a phone call (which was really not easy as I don't speak Spanish and they did not offer a translator) and then all of a sudden, my brother is sent another form to complete!! No surprise it's in Spanish!! This time he is being asked to declare that 'the contents are a gift for him and for personal consumption and use'!! The form was duly completed and submitted. Next thing we know they are returning the parcel because of apparent 'restricted' items. They had a copy of the commercial invoice throughout which listed the contents, so why make my brother complete all these forms to then return it????

When I hear they are returning it I emailed again, TWICE to ask for them to let me know what the restricted items are and they have not replied. So I'm still none the wiser so as to not repeat any mistake I may or may not have made. I sent the parcel 6/11/25, was advised 19/11/25 the parcel was being returned and didn't receive it back until 27/11/25. Initially I had paid for a service to get my well intended care package from the UK to Spain in 3-4 days!!

No, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Worldwide Parcel Services Ltd!!!!!!

Absolutely the Worst Delivery Company…

Absolutely the Worst Delivery Company I’ve Ever Dealt With – Avoid Worldwide Parcels Ltd Like the Plague

In my personal experience, Worldwide Parcels Ltd has been an absolute disgrace of a company. I entrusted them with a £1500, 45kg coffee machine, and unbelievably, it “disappeared” within a single day. That alone is shocking, but the customer service that followed was even worse.

When I contacted them, I dealt with a woman named Theresa via email, and I was basically brushed off and told there was nothing I could do because more than 10 days had passed. No help, no effort, no accountability—just a flat-out refusal to take responsibility for losing a high-value item.

In my view, this company is completely unreliable, careless, and dismissive. My experience with them has been nothing but stress, loss, and frustration.

If you value your money, your parcels, or your sanity, stay FAR away from Worldwide Parcels Ltd. I wouldn’t trust them with a cardboard box, let alone anything valuable.

You sent this parcel on the 4th August this year.
We had no communication from you until the 22nd November!
Why did you not contact us within a few days regarding non-delivery?
Our terms and conditions are clear that you must conatct us, not the carrier. Had you contacted us at the time, we could have put a trace out on the parcel and then instigated a claim for the £100 standard cover selected. This we cannot do 3 months after collection.
While i apologise for the loss of your package, you have left us no recourse to courier.
A simple email to us at the time would have avoided this situation.

This courier company is
Excellent in every department. I have used others in the past and no other courier company comes close to being as good as this one. I 💯 recommend this service you won't go to anyone else once you have used them

WPS is a slick streamline service!

WPS is a slick streamline service. I use them for exporting good all around the world & there is always an immediate response from the team if i have an issue. They also offer very competitive shipping rates. I would 100% recommend WPS!

they have no idea how to handle parcels from Poland to the UK

The service is terrible when sending from the UK to Poland. There is no co-operation betwen worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk and UPS. I sent the parcels on 21/10/2025 and sadly, not even all parcels details were given to UPS. UPS in their system had information that only 1 parcel was to be picked from my address, whilst 7 in total were to be picked. After showing the labels, luckily, UPS courier took all the parcels. My first contact with UPS was on 22/10/2025 when we started customs proceedings as parcels already made their way to Poland. Since 24/10/2025 I started to receive automated e-mail from worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk asking to contact myself (!!!!) UPS UK as there was no ability for UPS to contact the received. I provided UPS UK with all the details of the receiver (actually myself) - with both my Polish number and British. No contact was made. When I introduced into communication a person dealing with my parcels in Poland, worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk again asked me to call UPS UK. It is like Catch 22 - I ask worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk for source of automated e-mails that threaten that all my parcels will be resent to my British numbers, when they forward me e-mails from UPS automated account, and subsequently, I respond that UPS Poland is already taking care of them, and ask worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk to send me e-mail from which those automated UPS UK information is taken from. They again ask me to provide them with e-mail I should use to contact UPS UK, whilst I do not have that as that should be already with worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk....

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Parcel wasn’t delivered and I ended up parcel was sent back to me . I had to cover customs fees. Person who I dealt with customer service Teresa was very rude and unhelpful. Strongly don’t recommend and I will never use the company again

Your parcel was sent incorrectly and we assisted you with attempting to get the shipment delivered. You sent a return which is on our list saying how you should contact us first before booking so we can advise if it can be sent or not. The company you were shipping to did not want to assist with getting the shipmnet cleared for delivery so we had to arrange for the shipment to be return to you.
Everything was done from our side to assist you with the shipment. It just did not get delivered due to the fact the shipment should not have been sent in the first place. Returns outside the UK are troublesome as most companies do not want to help customs with clearance

Wonderful customer service

I had an excellent customer service experience with WPS. I reported a small bug in their checkout process, and they fixed it almost immediately - something you rarely see with tech teams these days. Even though they ultimately couldn’t meet my specific needs, they issued a full refund without any hassle and were truly delightful to deal with throughout the entire process. I would absolutely use them again.

You booked a document as a parcel. The receiver refused to accept the document and requaested it be returned. We emailed you twice regarding the issue and you have not replied or made conatct with us in any way. Then you come to Tristpilot to somehow make this our fault? Maybe you should consider replying to your emails and then we may have been able to resolve the matter?
