An extremely pleasant and smooth purchasing experience from start to finish. Can’t fault a thing. I felt looked after from the moment I enquired about finding a new time piece for myself, they went above and beyond to make sure it was everything that I wanted. Safe to say I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and it’s even better than anything I could’ve imagined! 10/10. I was after a 40th birthday present to my self and came across brothers & bezels , having previously had the pleasure to meet Leon at a watch show in London a few years before.

I took the plunge and bought my self a vintage rolex date just after debating for a good few hours between two different colour dials , Leon was very patient and assured me to take as long as i needed to decide, it was a lovely experience and was far from any pushy sales tactics.

Purchased a Rolex Explorer 2 polar which I have been wanting for some time. Excellent condition and very competitive price. Leon facilitated a video call so I could see the watch due to not being able to get to the store. Posted next day delivery tracked and signed for. Very responsive, great customer service. Brilliant service bought my first rolex a vintage oyster perpetual,they serviced the watch for me after a little problem (nothing serious),customer service was 10/10 throughout if your considering buying a luxury watch 100% check out these guys they have a good stock at arguably the best prices can’t wait to purchase another in the future thanks brothers and bezels.

Went to look at a watch with this company as I like to shop around and was blow away with the service and establishment very nice highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with these guys and my transaction with them. It was the first time I brought something so expensive via eBay, so I was a little hesitant to make the purchase. However, they were so quick to answer every question, even offered to send videos or more pictures. They told me about the eBay authentication guarantee, which was extremely important. The watch arrived in perfect condition, very professionally boxed and arrived very quickly. I have brought many watches from various Hatton garden jewellers, this is by far one of the better ones I’ve dealt with.
