We recently asked Alistair at Brusby Chartered Surveyors to carry out a survey at the house we are purchasing. Though the house is reasonably new, it had some unique features and had suffered a high level of wear and tear during being rented out. I had a very helpful initial chat with Alistair where we discussed potential issues and worked out the suitable level of survey to be carried out. This was arranged easily, and once complete it did highlight several issues (some that we hadn't spotted) and helped us work out a plan for repairs & maintenance. The report received was very well structured and informative, with detailed photos and descriptions. Alistair was also always available on the phone to chat through any particular issues. Highly recommended.
