I had a really positive experience arranging a RICS valuation for my Help to Buy redemption.

Lucy, who organised the appointment, was absolutely lovely. I was quite stressed about the process, and she was kind, reassuring and informative throughout, which I really appreciated.

Paul, who carried out the valuation, was equally professional and helpful. He explained everything clearly, was prompt in producing the report, and provided a thorough and detailed valuation.

As my property had decreased significantly in value, the report needed to undergo an additional specialist review by Homes England. Thanks to the level of detail and supporting information Paul included, it passed through that process without any further queries or additional evidence being requested, which was a huge relief.

Overall, a fantastic service from start to finish. Both Lucy and Paul made what could have been a stressful process much easier, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
