Having built the smith machine with my son, a very pleasurable couple of days 😝, I have never been so happy with a product or service than i am with Brute Force Australia. A slight issue at the beginning was dealt with very amicably.
From day one to til the day it was delivered every email was answered swiftly and honestly.
The quality of the product is amazing (and i will return for the compound pack to finish off the set). The foldability aspect was the reason a chose it but the quality is never reduced because of this function.

Communication was exceptional, even when some small elements went against initial expectation, Mark (CEO) was super responsive and prompt to act.

The product itself (UX1 in my case) is incredible. Truly game changing for my Home gym setup.

My one “tip” as a consumer home buyer…the crate the kit was delivered in is BIG, so plan ahead for its delivery. I believe it’s 2/3 conventional pallets in size (whether thinking international / EU size).

As soon as you walk into the shop you kown you are dealing with people that know what they are talking about. Fantastic quality equipment and very knowledgeable staff.

RAPT leverage gym
I have been training for over 55 years and I own a BRUTEforce RAPT and I love it! I have done powerlifting and bodybuilding as well as being a gym manager and Certified Personal Trainer off and on for about 30 years. I have trained on and assembled just about everything from first generation Nautilus to Hammer Strength and almost every brand in between. It is a quality machine that looks more like an art piece in my gym than any other piece I have worked with. I know pretty doesn’t make it good, but it is nice to see in my gym something that isn’t clunky or has no character. I’ve used bands, chains, training partners and more techniques than most people know about. I am now retired and I created my own home gym, the center piece is the RAPT Leverage Gym. I originally thought the RAPT stood for Really Awesome Personal Trainer. Well that is not what it stands for but it certainly hits that mark for me. I love the safety pins and I can add a pin above as well and use an old power rack technique that you push against the pin just prior to lock out. Push and hold for 5 seconds or so until you can’t anymore and then you can bring it down to the other pin safely. Yes, I added a rubber pad to protect the arm. That is one example of creatively using the machine safely. Is the RAPT perfect, no. Is it an excellent device that is adaptable and allows you to train in a variety of ways, Yes! If you want to focus on Powerlifting or Olympic Weight Lifting or Strong Man then this is not the unit for you. However, if you want to focus on general training, sports training, or bodybuilding then this works out very nicely. Would I change or add some things, YES, and I already have. Can some of what I think it needs be added by the folks at BRUTEforce without adding a lot of cost? Probably. If they ask, I will share with them what I am doing. If not I’m OK with making my own changes. Some of what you can do to enhance the machine and your workouts are leverage gym hacks as a leverage gym is unique in the exercise world. You can see videos on YouTube from guys who own primarily other brands and have hacked them with various methods. Manufacturer approved? Probably not. Safe? Mostly, if you listen to how to do things carefully and don’t get crazy. In short, I am getting great workouts safely and conveniently. Because of the leverage aspect I am hitting the target muscles effectively and getting a great pump! Good quality, well designed and a very good value. Hope this helps you make a decision.

Really good service from BruteForce. The owner, Mark offered me his time on many occasions and we chatted through different pieces of gym kit on face time so he could show me the differences between them which I found really helpful. I went for the adjustable cable machine UM2 which is an absolutely brilliant piece of kit. I genuinely can’t believe all that you can do with it in such a neat compact machine. And it folds for extra space! Which when you learn how to fold it is super quick. Mark will also go through this on video if needed.

Purchased the UX1 in January 2025.
Quick delivery and all well packaged. Simple instructions and easy to build (although it did take time)
I can’t explain how good the UX1 is. It’s a great gym that does everything I need and more. I have a small garage that is also the only access to my garden. The fold is so simple and is a game changer for me.
I have had a few queries about added extras and emails are answered very quickly.
Overall amazing product and can’t fault the company 👍🏻

Can’t thank Mark and the team enough. A great zoom call to help answer our questions which wasn’t a sales call at all, very informative and we made the decision offline. It came fast and took me a few evenings to put together, pretty easy! We use it 3 times a week each (for the last 12 months) and love how it folds up. I always recommend BruteForce to anyone I talk to about home gyms. It has everything we need with the accessories pack too. Mark even threw in the 1.25kg plates for us. So nice. Thanks again! I've been a customer of Brute Force Australia for the past 5 years and in that time frame Ive owned the Rapt lever gym and the XX1 Functional Trainer.
Being a WA based company I was a little concerned about freight to NSW. But each time delivery was prompt, reasonably priced and arrived safely.
The equipment arrives disassembled but assembly was surprisingly easy with clear instructions and individually packaged parts for each step minimising the potential for any mistakes.
Quality is second to none hence why I am a repeat customer and will continue to be in the future.
Customer service is on point, any questions or concerns I had before purchasing were answered swiftly and I have complete confidence in future customer support.
These pieces of equipment have been the best investments I've made for my physical and mental health and I also get a kick out of being able to support an Australian Company.

they sell the cheapest lowest quality equipment possible - then after you've purchased and realised what youve recieved is defective broken and not as described - they attempt to illegaly extort you and charge you hidden fees.

i purchased a £2000 machine - arrived damaged and not as described now being told i must pay a £375 'repack fee' to return it while also paying 250£ to ship it back to them. it is illegal to apply a surhcarge for returns in the uk - i've told them this they contineu to ignore it and also continue to not give me a return adress. (i dont think they have one)

now will be going to my credit card company for a refund.
