Live with faulty appliances etc

For documents they are fine but once you entered the flat and there are problems with the equipment etc you will get a response from them but don't expect they will solve it, you have to live with such issues.

As I mentioned in the review, you will get a response and the same happened here, got a response in just 1 hr :) this is what I like about bsimmons service.

For the last 2 months Engineer missed the appointments because more than a year was completed but the premises intercom was NOT updated with my contact and because of this Engineer NOT able to reach the flat. Not even that, we also collecting courier/parcel outside the premises.

Did many requests but initializing the request to the intercom provider is beyond your control?

Faulty Appliance -> Every Month Engineer missed appointments -> Intercom Not connected -> BSimmons don't have control?

Raised the hob fault request in Mid Of November 2021 and now Feb 2022 but I am on the same stage to manage with the faulty appliance.

As you are aware we have been in constant communication with your hob manufacturer and are awaiting parts now due to previous missed appointments beyond our control. We have been advised this will be resolved for you as soon as the parts are available however if you have any other concerns regarding the property please feel free to report for the landlords approval. EDITED: Thank you for your additional comments. As explained to you previously the intercom system for the block/management company is managed by a third party not by us the letting agent of the individual flat hence out beyond our control. We shall continue to chase the progress with the manufacturer to rectify the problem asap.

I couldn't recommend BSimmons more! Amazing team that supports you all the way. All the enquiries were addressed immediately and professionally. Whilst we were having issues with some documents that potentially would seriously impact our sale, our agent Mrs West went above and beyond to help us out and succeeded. Professional and friendly.

Excellent customer service

The staff at B Simmons & Son in Slough have always been very helpful and efficient. Nothing has been too much trouble and I am extremely satisfied with their service, especially from Amy Spires and her team. Much recommended!

Amy Spires 10/10 - Highly recommend

I purchased a property through B Simmons & Son, in which my particular case was a very complex transaction. However, Amy Spires was excellent in handling this for me and kept up to date all the time! Amy goes above and beyond her role - Give her a raise!!!

B Simmons review

I choose B Simmons after my initial contact with Amy whose confident, friendly and warm approach was exceptional. I had a constant stream of viewings for my property and was always in constant communication whether it was via email or phone call. A great team overall who worked together whilst also battling against the COVID -19 pandemic and always keeping the customer in mind and reassuring them during that unpredictable period. Highly recommend them for all your property needs.

Would think twice - I take back what I said

They send me a gov't leaflet then when I pointed out bits that were not up to standard in the property they pretty just accepted that the landlord will do the absolute minimum. Also slow to respond to anything thats not easy.

Edit: I can see now that there was a difficult landlord making the experience bad and i am more than happy to say that I jumped the gun on this one.

Sale of family home

Even though covid has made it harder Amy has kept in touch and informed me of the procedure in a clear and professional capacity!
She was very helpful as was Daniel on the initial visit to the house to value it.
Both were aware this was a difficult sale for me and acted with compassion at all times.
