The support is great and I have been very happy with the service from the BSS team.

Jonas and the developers were really helpful, they helped me set up the Apps correctly and also fixed some minor issues I had in my custom theme. The responses to my messages were really fast and the communication was smooth.

I have only been working with the app for a few days and there were functions in my b2b store that did not work properly with the app. In particular, the calculations were not displayed correctly. The team around Jonas helped me for a few days and programmed a solution for me so that everything works now. I would never have expected something like this from customer support. I am more than happy.

I recently purchased Past order list plugin from BSS commerce. The plugin worked well out of the box but I had issues importing old orders. Opened a ticket through support and Esther and KienTV's team resolved the issue in time which was great to see. Very happy with my experience with BSS :)

I recently purchased the CustomerAttributes module from BSS for Magento, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the support. The module itself is intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to add custom fields to customer profiles seamlessly.

However, I encountered a small issue, where the newly created fields didn't appear in the printout of the email sent to customers. I reached out to their support team, and within a very short time, Esther and HuyND responded with a detailed explanation of what I had missed. They even went the extra mile by creating a step-by-step video, which made the solution very clear and easy to implement.

This level of support is rare, and I’m very grateful for their help. I highly recommend BSS for their exceptional customer service!

Excellent apps and great customer service!

This is the best B2B app with a lot of features in 1.
I'm very glad that I've found this app.
The customer service is superb, especially Jolie.
During working hours, I've always reaction in few minutes. And they come always with a good solution.

Jonas was so great to work with on our recent project. We needed some extra "locks" in place for some of our products as things were showing up in our search function but he quickly took care of our issue and made sure we were happy with the results. We will definitely continue to use their products.

The app has very extensive functions and although we have a very specific use case in our online shop the team found solutions for every little detail.

Very bad. The extension causes constant problems. The product URL cannot be found. The extension slows down the opening of products extremely. The support is even worse. The support is a disaster, they don't contact you for weeks, then you have to pay for support again for 6 months. BSS waits until the 6 months are up and demands support fees for the extension again. The support is not good either. The support doesn't contact you for months.

I advise everyone not to buy anything from BSS. You will be very dissatisfied.
