We indeed cannot send the welcome gift immediately after the purchase of the subscription, as this would mean the contract could still be cancelled and the applicant would receive the gift for free without actually becoming a Ziggo customer. This is why we require the first invoice is paid before the customer can claim their gift. Op het door jou opgegeven adres loopt op dit moment al een Ziggo-abonnement, of er is rechtstreeks bij Ziggo een aanvraag ingediend om een nieuw abonnement af te sluiten. Daardoor is het voor ons helaas niet mogelijk om nogmaals een Ziggo-abonnement op dit adres aan te vragen.
Wij doen zelf geen betaalreserveringen, dus dat kan niet via ons zijn gebeurd. Het is mogelijk dat dit via Ziggo zelf is gegaan.

Its a really bad deal, a scam.
I got the ziggo contract for 2 years in june to get the ps5, forst they tell me im gonna get the ps5 after 1 month, and now after the first month i claim my gift and im gonna get it mid october.
If i i knew this from the beginning i would a not do this stupid deal... I feel scammed and would not recommend doing this dumb deal....

As we already mentioned in our previous email contact, when taking out a subscription you can claim your gift after paying the first invoice. We indicate a maximum processing time of six weeks. During this period, we verify whether you are indeed eligible for the gift and confirm that the invoice has been paid.
Once this verification is completed, your selected gift will become available again and your claim will proceed smoothly. This means there will be no issues with your request, and the process will be finalized without problems.
