Meermetziggo customer care person didnt respond to my query in proper manner ( call dated 11th Jul at 9:20 AM CET) it was not nice conversation with him. He was trying to avoid my qury and didnt provide suggestions

The system was not working properly, and I had to fill in everything again cuz every time I wanted to go back one step it would send me all the way to the 1step and delete everything
