The product I actually got opposed to what was shown is insulting!!!!!!!!!!

The pictures they have on their website are of real dogs- what they send you is cheap plastic that does nothing that is advertised. Then I had to really fight to get my money back- I haven’t received a response yet When we first contacted them by email no response back from this company then I did google about this company finally was able to get their direct number for customer service which is...I contacted the customer care team GREAT and it's super easy to return. Thank you so much for being amazing customer care Thank You

I did not get what i ordered i got a toy that runs on batteries and it do not look real or anything else i want my money back

If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
In the advertisement they show a husky running with realistic looking blue eyes.
When I got it, put batteries in it, turned it on, it only runs in place, it’s eyes are little tiny black beads. And when it (so called) barks, it sounds like a baby squeaky toy. The dimensions are only approximately 4 inches long and 4 inches high. I feel like I got ripped off by this deceiving advertisement and advise do your homework before purchasing anything from Bsktole.com.
I’ll never visit their website again.

It's a SCAM!!! DO NOT order from THEM. I wish I didn't have to rate them. They don't even deserve one star. I wish there was a way to give a negative stars.
I wished I had looked at Trustpilot before I had ordered the realistic puppy from this company.
After reading the reviews, it looks like I'm going to have trouble returning the product & getting my money back. But I'm going to try my darndest. I'm going to see if PayPal can help me out in recovering my money.

Bought 2 hoping my kids would get nice toys and what I received was not at all what was advertised. It's a scam stay away.

This company is nothing but a scam they steal your money they send you a cheap crappy Dollar store toy it's a it's a joke they should be ashamed of themselves for deceiving people the ads you see are not what you get don't be fooled they'll take your money and then from the other reviews that I see not want to give it back to you when you call them on their cheap crappy merchandise they send out I just got my supposed husky dog it hasn't even been 2 hours but I want my money back I live on social security disability it's hard for me to make ends meet each month but I made this one splurge because I thought it was going to be like the advertisement show.. it's so wrong of this company to do that to people I hope their company Burns to the ground for stealing people's money

This is the worst false advertisement ever. They have no business or right to make any of these claims or advertising. It's nothing more than a stuffed animal made in China that takes forever to show up (if it ever shows up). And they steal all your info including contacts.

It’s nothing like the advertisement. It doesn’t have a realistic bark at all, it barely walks or wags its tail, and mine was ripped at the mouth. Definitely not worth the money. When I wrote the service department regarding a refund I was insulted by the response from the company stating “they would hope I knew the difference between real and na made”. Based on the video this is a bate and switch. I want a refund. I purchased 2 one fir each of my granddaughters. They called them some ghetto mess.

I am trying to get my grandma this dog cause she doesn't want a real one and this one looks so realistic that I ordered her 2 of them and I sent one back because this is such a piece of crap website the dogs aren't even looking real at all I want my money back for both of the dogs.
