If I could rate a company in the minus, this company would be it. It's fraud.

After not even an hour of purchasing this I read the reviews and immediately requested a refund from the company.

1st, the company did not send a confirmation email, paypal did.

2nd, there was no way to "make an account" to view on their site your orders.

3rd, this company claims they are a year old yet there is no evidence of them existing before March THIS YEAR!

I got the contact details for a refund via paypal!

Upon writing and being very clear I am well within my rights and time limit of their money back guarantee. This scumbag replied stating they would have to charge me a service processing fee - note this wasn't even an hour upon purchase, where they state it takes 2 weeks minimum to process the order THEN make it, THEN send it.

I replied back stating the illegalities to false advertisement in their refund process if he refuses to fully refund me, he will be reported and I will take matters through paypal directly. His response fully ignored my request for a refund and tried bargaining a 5 - 10% discount on my order!

His English was poor and flat out rude with ridiculous capital words in his replies.

I had to take this to paypal directly.

If you see on their website they try to make you pay via card on purpose, not through paypal, so you can be swindled of your money.

Your payment goes to a person named Christine Bill, not a company. (Tax evasion?)

The email address is literally "Gary@ honwin.net" but someone called "Sylvia" & "John" replies with the exact same typing characteristic.

TL;DR: Their lack of customer service and blatant false awards for customer quality, not to mention abysmal products, is enough reason to avoid at all costs.

There's not an option for 0 stars.This is a BS store the dogs are cheap ass toys you can buy at the flea market for $5 they totally deceived me, I was hoping that the toy dog would be somewhat realistic but nope I was very wrong. I want a 100% refund not the BS 20% refund they are trying to give me. I don't recommend this store to anyone!!

Well after almost a month of ordering my husky. I get it in today's mail. I feel so bad for not reading the reviews.. And wow very disappointed. Doesn't look like pictures. Made very cheap. I am not satisfied at all. $30 for a cheap ass toy. No thank you. I would not recommend at all. Nope. Not even to my worse enemy.

I ordered 2 dogs the description was totally fake. The dogs I got were of a swap meet value . And probably would of paid 4 to 5 dollars for. They gave me too much trouble to return tham so I have them . Even the kids laugh at me for getting them

Scam! Not realistic at all. It’s a barking toy that you can probably get at Walmart. Don’t buy!

Guys look at the pictures and Videos very careful. Those are REAL dogs being used to make you think your getting that. I am not sure how they are allowed to get away with this. I mean Facebook bans accounts for saying something they don't like but they allow scammers. Just look very closely some of the dogs have wet noses there eye movement is legit and one dog has a dry nose ( sick dog) but you will not get anything like that if you fall for it. I am sure you will get a cheap toy.

I feel so bad I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I got the hard plastic toy that barks and barks and moves a little bit. I have seen something like that at downtown L.A. for $5. The adds are so deceiving... I don't understand how these unscrupulous companies can stay in business.

bait-and-switch!!!! Scam! I feel so stupid to believe that there is a realistic toy. Lol I got my money back from PayPal, but I reported them! I hope there is a person who knows how to punish those little ass companies for bait-and-switch scheme!

I didn’t order one because I knew something was wrong with this real dog thing. So I did a search of it was one of those company scams and yet again, it is. So disappointed in these companies and advertisers that would even advertise these scams to people. Thank you all for reviewing this and very sorry to those that got scammed. They should really stop advertising these fake companies. I’ve checked many and most are fake companies trying to scam money. So please people, do your research for every company you want to order from. I do, that’s what kept me from being cheated.

I ordered 3 dogs they came late and is nothing but trash. Its nothing like it showed so buy these days. They are harder plastic and does nothing but bark, wag tail and walk a little bit. It a joke, I'll never buy anything from this company again. Its a scam.

The dog in the advertisement is nothing like the dog that came in my mail!! The dog that came in my mail you could buy at the dollar store for 5 bucks!! I fell for it. Kept asking for tracking info and no one emailed me back. Never got the dog seems like that’s a good thing from what people said, “ plastic $5 toy” . I didn’t see these until just now. Lesson learned too...😩

5 stars for all the honest reviews...not the company. So glad I found these reviews bc I was about to order 2. I should've remembered if it looks to good, it probably isn't. Shame these aren't as advertised. Site should be shut down or at least a disclaimer that the product isn't the same as shown.

I was just about to order one of these dogs but then I read the reviews first of all thank you so much for the reviews or else I would have bought this product second of all I feel very bad for the people who have bought these dogs and have recieved a cheap 5 dollar toy.
