Very happy with BT-Miners! I am a data-center owner/operator - and a big part of my business is PoW mining... both hosted machines, and my own a like! I ordered an IbeLink KS-Max from BT-Miners a few months back for delivery in April or May. First off - IbeLink is KNOWN FOR PRODUCTION DELAYS! Happy to report, however - BTMiners delivered me my miner ON TIME!. There was a mishap, however...
The miner arrived looking like it was hit with a hammer during shipping (Courier was UPS). When I opened the box - I was very disappointed to see a huge dent in the side of the PSU, and the BUS-BARS were bent as well.
Part of what I do with my business is ASIC/FPGA service so certainly I was comfortable opening the PSU up to check for further damage. Turned out - 2 of the large barrel caps had broken loose from the board (easy repair - just soldering them back in place...).
The miner itself was OK - only the PSU was damaged which I was able to repair. I got the miner fired up and hashing - but it was disappointing - ordering a brand new $15K USD miner and receiving a severly damaged unit. So - HARVEY CHEN! this was the man who contacted me initially after I submitted my order and he just wanted to touch base / confirm shipping information / etc. He was very nice in all of our correspondences.
When I received the miner - I sent him photos and explained what happened and what I had to do in effort to make the miner operable. Without hesitation - even though I was able to do some temporary repairs and get the miner online, Harvey happily sent me a NEW PSU ANYWAY!

There are so many shady vendors in the space today - and I am VERY PLEASED TO SAY, BT-MINERS is an HONEST, TRANSPARENT, KIND, EXEMPLARY VENDOR and I will positively be buying from them again!

Shauna made it super easy for me to make my first order. Bought 2 KS5M units at an amazing price. I will update once they arrive. Units arrived first week in July a day earlier then DHL listed ETA. BT-Miner is a legit factory fresh vendor. Safe to order from with great pricing.

BT miners is a legit site & sells good quality asic miners. I am from India & initially had doubts whether i should order from here as these miners are quite expensive. But I researched & generally found good reviews. They even have a customer care number for India on which I spoke to a person who clarified my doubts. They also responded swiftly on WhatsApp.
I have successfully ordered & received 1 ka box & 1 ka box pro & Im satisfied with the quality & ease of delivery. There were no problems with the customs. However the ka box reached quite late but the delay was from the Goldshell manufactures side. They said they will provide a compensation for the same & im waiting for their input.
The ka box pro arrived within a week & im quite happy with BT miners for the same.
In future i would recommend to order from BT miners. They offer reasonable rates & are approachable on WhatsApp, call & email.

Was a bit hard to get my Goldshell Ka Box , i ordered it for the April batch and i received it almost 2 month later. But i know that its the fault of Goldshell not supplying enough. So in general im happy to have it now!

Lena is great in office and so helpful. I even drove to NY office to pick up a used machine once and they are a totally legit company and have bought miners from them and love them!

So easy and safe. I have ordered over a dozen miners in the past and never had one problem. Lana in the New York office is the best. Now I just set back and wait for it to be delivered.

My experience with this company was excellent. Great customer support, both text and email. Due to something beyond their control, the miner I originally ordered was delayed. They said they would compensate me and they and gave me a SWEET upgrade deal (at my request) at the lowest price on their waiting list and bumped me to the head of the line. I will do business with them again. Credible company. Highly recommended!

New miner buying for the first time. I was a bit affraid because of the scammers you ready about in the internet. Many doubts and fears in my mind.
People in the support chat are amazing, always answering my question, cooperating in every way.

Customer service . The only thing is , getting multiple emails every day to pay the monthly bill that has been paid . Second , invoice for multiple miners are not correct . For example one invoice is correct and the other for the second miner showed 0 balance . Can I get for example 2 invoices for 2 miners 10 days before due date and with correct amount

BT Miners are very reactive with very good prices.
Ultra fast delivery also, only 6 days from China to France.

I can say that BT-Miner has surprised me in how fast and timely their customer service is…you wouldn’t expect to get answers almost all day and every day, weekends and all…as important, its not a bot or lip service, they tell you they are going to get something done and they do. Only one thing I can think of that would make this experience them best in class…if they could provide and interface to all of the miners being hosted so we can make changes to pools or go solo when we want w/o having to wait for their excellent customer service to do it. I give them 5 Stars but would give them 6 if they had that last interface…hard to improve greatness but they can be best in class if they can add that one last part…

I am new to mining and Lena walked me through the process and was very helpful in answering all my questions and when there was an issue she responded immediately and got the issue resolved. Great customer service.

Great experience, it was my first time purchasing from BT-Miners. I ordered several KS0 units, they arrived earlier than expected and with zero issues or hassles! Highly recommended, they were also fast to respond via the online chat!
