This company are very good communicators. Everything is explained to you & it’s always possible to call someone for advice or latest updates. A great way to sell your property if you want a quicker route than the usual. Robert Stone & Emma Holness were particularly helpful. Would recommend this company.

I had a 3-bed semi to sell that needed some renovation work, so i decided to try an auction sale through BTG Eddisons. I really wanted a quick sale and a reasonable price for the property. I contacted Eddisons about 6 weeks before my target auction date of 30/04/2026. Robert Stone visited the house, explained the process and we agreed on a guide and reserve price that would attract a number of bidders. I cleared the house and Robert came to photograph and set up the sale particulars on their website and rightmove. My solicitors completed the auction pack about 2-3 weeks prior to the auction date. The property sold at Auction for a price that was at the top of my expectations, so I was very satisfied. Throughout the process Robert and his BTG colleagues kept me informed at all stages and it has been a seamless process and much easier than I thought it would be.

I’ve never had any property auctioned before, so I have no other experience to compare this with, but as far as I can see, it was very smooth and the house sold for a lot more than the estimated price, which I was obviously very pleased about. The staff were all very helpful, as I had no clue about the process, and they guided me through everything with patience. I had been dreading the whole auction process, but they made it as painless as possible, and relieved a lot of my stress, especially as it was very upsetting to be having to sell my childhood home after almost 50 years there. That was the kind of support I needed. Thanks very much!
