Ordered the item online from BTN music. My item was delivered within 2 days via Post delivery. Item was well packaged. Furthermore, the item I ordered was virtually half the price of identical same item from other suppliers. I have used the same company to order other items in the past. The service has always been good with no issues whatsoever. I will certainly look to their website when looking for other guitar based tools or relevant guitar accessories .
