A dreadful organisation

A dreadful organisation. I purchased a monthly pass to watch rugby. Pass did not work. 3 complaints later and numerous messages over 2 weeks. Only compensation offered was £10 off my next renewal. Since I have now cancelled my pass it's if no use to me. Also lied to about a callback so not to be trusted. I'll never purchase anything from BT again

Making it impossible to leave contract

Making it impossible to leave contract.

Keep ringing up to cancel, they keep giving me emails and the emails don't exist and bounce back.

They are doing this to tactically keep you in a contract so you keep paying.

Next stop Ombudsman and aresolver.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Been with them for years and ALWAYS received a discount on my subscription. They have put my new contact up by £13 a month and wont budge. Spoke to them in November and they told me it was too early to do anything and to contact them start of December and they would try and sort me out with the same discount. I have just spoken to them and they have told me they dont give discounts and I've got to give 30 days notice to cancel which now takes me over my contact date... so why couldnt the lady have done it in November as I wouldnt have gone over my date then? I now have to pay 30.99 for a month due to their bad advice. Person I delt with was blunt and ignored me when i told them what had happened in november with the poor advise i was given. just an apology would have been nice. they clearly dont give two hoots about existing customers. They also lied to me outright giving me information I knew was incorrect... so I cancelled.

This company is a total joke.I am an ex BT Sports viewer and now watch TNT Sports.I do this through the Sky portal.I have tried to get Discovery Plus following the on screen instructions.So far I have been unsuccessful.I tried for about three hours yesterday and,with my son, four hours today.I have made several phone calls and had numerous on line chats
I still cannot receive Discovery Plus.The agents I have spoken to just repeat the same instructions time and time again and cannot change from their script.The phone numbers they have given me have invariably been wrong and I find myself paying for a service that I can't receive.If any of their management read these reviews,and I somehow doubt it, your company is a disgrace.Your customer service is non existent.

Worst customer service I have ever had!! I’m now going to go to ofcom to get them
To remove a default that’s not even mine!! Complaint not resolved within time scales no letters sent no final response letter nothing shambles they offered my £45 r be though they have cost me possible hundreds

Worst value for money ever

Worst value for money ever, offer very little good premier league games but have it for UFC as at least that’s on some Saturday evenings, now any half decent fight is PPV, so I’m literally paying for barely any decent sports now, I’m cancelling tomorrow, rip off, not worth the money anymore, this is from a customer that’s had BT Sport for nearly 10 years, not being squeezed any tighter thankyou

I could write an essay but this company…

I could write an essay but this company has wasted enough of my time so i’ll keep it sort and sweet.

Corrupt, lying, Two-Bit company with thee most docile, arrogant employees that seem to think they’re above everybody they speak to, whilst sat at their golden desks.

i wouldn’t recommend using any of BT’s services to anybody. Complete tyrants.

Don’t know where to write this except…

Don’t know where to write this except here, Lucy Ward is a terrible commentator and it’s so bad I have to turn the sound off when she’s on. Yes, there are bad male commentators but it’s not just her poor knowledge or punditry, her banter is bad too. She makes for a really poor watching/listening experience.
And I’m not femaleaphobic, in F1 which is as blokey as it comes, Naomi Schiff is intelligent, knowledgable in her field and importantly says as much or as little as is needed, as does Martin Brundle who is in my opinion the pinnacle of commentators.
A solution needs to be found other than killing the sound, it’s not fair, other than the game the commentary is the next important thing.

Lucy ward commentating

Why oh why are we hearing this Lucy ward on nearly every football match on BT sport she has verbal diarrhoea talks in a telegram format stop start stop start please give us a option where at the press of button switch to another co commentator or purchase me a new remote control I have worn 4 out already turning the volume up and down when this Lucy ward is commenting

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We placed an order nearly 2 months before Christmas. The shop closed 11/13 and the message stated that delivery would be 4-5 weeks after the shop closes (which is insane already) but this would put delivery at 12/20 if they took 5 weeks. Clearly these were Christmas gifts and we paid a bundle for them. Now we're being told the items won't even ship until after Christmas so won't even arrive until after the New Year. Over 2 months after we placed our order. I tried calling customer service and the people are clearly based in India, so hard to understand I finally just gave up, though their message was clear - this will not arrive before Christmas.

Showing and charging for a fixed sport like the Fury fight - feel totally cheated and suspect it’s all about TV coverage, especially when Lennox Lewis says Fury won. Defo not buying into future Fury fights. Absolutely disgrace!

Thieves

Where do I start....as a Scottish football fan they have totally left us out of the coverage...their " deals " are for new customers and us old daft ones are screwed over!
Do you know the ONLY way to cancel the subscription is to CALL their so-called loyalty team!
In other words, I have to wait on the phone at my expense to then tell them I'm cancelling and this gives them a chance to talk me round!
They might as well be selling double glazing or dodgy cars, this is old school underhanded tactics and it's disgusting.
EVERY time my contract has run its course, they have never emailed me to say so, thus I end up paying more money than I expected, until I realise the payments have increased.
And there's NO point in complaining, I'd have a better chance of finding an honest politician than getting a fair resolution from these thieves.
I really have had enough!

Ignorance is bliss for TNT commentators

Well I watched the Merseyside derby with the feeble commentary and repetitive summaries from McCoist who is tolerable and Ferdinand who is not. One obvious point (among many) was the most experienced player on the pitch Ashley Young should have been booked for a second time when he ran the ball out of play then kicked it away to prevent Liverpool taking a throw in.
