A dreadful organisation. I purchased a monthly pass to watch rugby. Pass did not work. 3 complaints later and numerous messages over 2 weeks. Only compensation offered was £10 off my next renewal. Sin... See more

Be warned they have went super woke now. The rebranded TNT sport has announced they want ALL female panel going forward. Sexist but also the opposite of what sports fans want.
Another bud light could be on the way.
Needless to say I don't pay for this channel.
Stay away: Fraudulent service
Be warned: BT Sports is a fraudulent service. The system stopped working day 1, I called day 3 to complain and 45 days later, after 11 calls and 2 engineer visits, the system does not work. They say i can’t cancel because is outside of the 14 days, no one there knows how to fix it, and they keep moving it around departments. I am surprised they are allowed to operate freely. Stay away.
The app constantly crashes
The app constantly crashes, constant buffering, can't watch the MotoGP on a laptop or the PS4. Don't bother with it, it is a really poor streaming service.

I signed up for a 1 month BT sports pass and cancelled 2 days later. I was then charged £36.49 + a further £35 'connection' fee. A month later I received a further bill of £3.53 for "cancelling within the cancellation period".
£75 for a month of sport. What a complete con.
Misleading Marketing
They say... "With the BT Sport Monthly Pass you can watch Test, ODI and T20 cricket, for just £29.99 per month."
But what they meant was "With the BT Sport Monthly Pass you MIGHT BE ABLE TO watch SOME Test, ODI and T20 cricket, for just £29.99 per month."
This summer's Ashes matches are not available.
My ongoing disappointment with anything associated with BT continues.
I have cancelled my subscription. I wonder if there is any way of getting my money back?
29/06 edit...I got a refund!

Last month my BT APP wouldn’t broadcast live football and so I contacted them online. They was very helpful and said there seemed to be a fault with my account and that they have fixed it and renewed my subscription .I tried to watch the Champions League on Saturday however and the same problem happened and so I wasn’t happy at all .it buffers and then says a technical fault has occurred and a code of VC018 .

Just to say no one mentioned man of the match tonight, John Stones was the best player on the park, playing a role he was only asked to play 6 weeks ago

They advertise a "Months pass"
They advertise a "Months pass" - but it isn't for a month, it's a rolling subscription. I got caught out with this and ended up paying several months for no reason. BT could see I had not used the service after the first month but were not prepared to do anything about it. I have used it since and found the registration / cancellation process is still misleading and frustrating.

Spoke to 800 number and they unlocked my sport as we were talking??????? locked out 2 hrs later again . if you want a hair loosing/ patience test this is the firm to deal with . Got only knows what will happen when TNT take over there advert says no change god i hope not . I spend 3 k with them phone etc and no joy what so ever going to switch .How do they sleep at night . Scammed by BT on their Sport package
Scammed by BT on their Sport package. Website hard to use and I thought I signed up for a monthly contract. Tried to cancel after they stopped showing the Rugby after 2 months. Only to be told that I signed up for a 24 month contract (£456). Which goes up each year with RPI so what’s the point of a contract?
Been with BT for years but will not renew with them again as just the worst example of large corporation that don’t care, laughing at us.
Also you can’t cancel services online and have to navigate through multiple pages to find a phone number. But you can sign up for services you don’t want in the confusion of their website. So annoying that I fell into their trap, not again.
Worst sports coverage on telly
Buffering is horrific. I'm on superfast broadband with 1 device connected but I get five minutes buffers on standard definition.
Programmes are always late starting or is it the RPG that's broke.
Commentary on football is probably the worst on TV. They talk too much junk about stuff no one cares about. They do t know players names, they are clearly biased against certain teams.
It's shocking how bad it is and yet they just spent millions reprofiling the company name. Why not spend the money on creating a decent service and get some known commentators that know about English sports at least. Never mind European games. I hate it but have no other option to watch football.
Never seen a decent fight night on BT sports. The cricket is patchy at best.
I'll not be renewing my subscription

Rubbish always buffering I have 900mb speed with router no more than a metre from TV using bt sport. App all other apps fine complete crap
App is disgraceful
App is disgraceful. No customer service. Content is poor, presenters below average. Terrible.
Don't waste your time with BT sports App
BT sports app is terrible. The only place to watch UFC in the UK and the app freezes constantly. Says content not available in this region. Won't allow skipping forward or back. Just an aweful experience.
Seems like customer service agents lie about what this issues are as well. I've been told many different excuses.
It never used to be like this. It worked fine.
A complete waste of money. Don't bother with it.
Not that impressed
Not that impressed. Paid £30 for the monthly subscription. Watched a game, a couple of days later went to watch a second game and the app wouldn't open. Faffed around eventually undownloaded and redownload the app and it would open but football kept pausing and had to be restarted. Tried the help. Was just told it was "my internet" despite me saying that no other apps on the TV had any issues, had tried all of them while BT sport wasn't and they all started and none of them cut out, and also that I was able to watch the game on the BT website on my phone on said "not working" internet. Basically just a big "f off" customer services response with no effort to establish what was wrong with the BT app, no apologies and no consideration for the fact that I'd paid for a service that I didn't actually receive as I only managed to watch 40 minutes of a football match. So no, I won't be giving them any more money as it's clear they don't care if you can't actually watch the things you want to watch that you've paid £30 a month for.

I was given the wrong information on two call occasions & then cut off twice on two further other calls in the same day. I am a call center advisor so I do excuse advisor's getting things wrong but this is absolutely terrible customer service! I can't believe that this company still continues with misinformation & customer advisors who don't listen to what you say.

I literally only have BT sports for the UFC, if the UFC didn’t exist I wouldn’t be a BT sports customer as their football coverage is nothing short of poor, hardly any premier league games to watch, and when there is one it’s usually something like Wolves vs Southampton 👎🏼 You rarely get to watch a big game. And their regular snooker coverage recently completely stopped, I mean guys, what’s the point, seriously!
