I like the fact that it had the…options I wanted as add ons
I like the fact that it had the insurance to cover gearbox and engine warranty.
The add in options were relevant as well.
Only pointer to improve on: I was chatting on whatsapp with the bubblegum staff.
They take time to reply to my questions.
It would be better if they could reply in under 15 minutes

Most important is free named drivers and cheap premium. Last but not least, free 2 servicing packages which is above the rest of others insurance company. Best of all i love to eat bubblegum. :)

Difficult to Claim
Duno if their claims dept is outsource. After couple of weeks i get reply from claims officer does not seem local and as expected he just reply with standard script of rejection and not a hint of willing to be flexible. When i replied him back on his email then he goes quite mode and no reply at all.

Don’t buy the travel insurance just because it was cheap, bought it when I travel to Europe in January after submit the claim till now been a few months but they don’t bother to reply at all. 😤
