Balloons arrived on time. They looked fantastic. Balloons were for 3 different people celebrating birthdays the same evening, very easy to order.
No fuss at all. Will definitely order from Bubblegum again.

Arrived right on time and all the balloons were beautiful and perfect for the occasion! It's actually nearly 3 weeks later and I still have 14 cute heart balloons on my ceiling filly inflated!

The delivery was spot on, on time, the advice about delivery times was very helpful. (They advised that dpd delivery should be the day before the date you want).
The balloons themselves were fantastic! Very cool and it's been 2 weeks since they were delivered, and although they are deflating slowly, they are still floating! Brilliant quality.

I took a chance and ordered personalised balloons for my daughter’s birthday just 1 day before. I wasn’t really expecting much but was delighted it arrived on time the next day which was even a Sunday. I got regular updates and was notified when it was delivered to her university accommodation. Great service. Would recommend 👌🏾

Delivered on time, easy to order and great quality

I had my wife’s birthday party in a restaurant in Brighton. Balloons arrived in perfect condition and on time. The packaging was good. Some balloons deflated in one day but it did survive very well for the birthday party. Overall, balloons have a good quality. And I personally don’t have time to find customisable balloons in local stores, so I have chosen Bubblegum Balloons to find them. It certainly didn’t save my money but it saved my time.

Severely disappointed ……..I ordered the balloons for my daughter’s 18th two days in advance and was happy they arrived in time. With that, I paid a fortune for the 18 and extra little balloons - a few little ones arrived deflated. I also splurged on the named balloon which was in fine condition but the bunch of balloons with the champagne glass and love hearts was not ok. The champagne glass deflated in one day down to virtually nothing which was really disappointing. I emailed customer service on the weekend and did not expect to hear back from them but, I have not heard back this week! These balloons are extremely expensive and in a cost of living crisis to pay near £100 on balloons, I expect them to arrive in perfect condition and if they do not, I expect customer service to react quickly. I’m asking for money back as they were faulty and thus, not worth £100. Let’s see if they get back to me but I’m rating them only one star down to the price, deflated balloons and lack of service. I won’t be using them again if this is how they treat a disappointed customer.

In short, the customer service at Bubblegum Balloons is fantastic!

Today, DPD some how managed to fail finding my house (even though they have delivered here many many times), thus my wife’s 40th birthday balloons were not delivered!

DPDs customer service were no help at all and told me the delivery would happen another day! That was no use to me, epic fail.

A call to Bubblegum Balloons customer service however was a whole different story, what a breath of fresh air! The lovely lady I spoke to couldn’t do enough to help me. They put a new batch of balloons together for me (at no further charge) and I was able to collect them within an hour!

Arrived on time and looked great. Started to deflate relatively quickly in comparison to other helium balloons, otherwise I'd give it a 5. Like the fact they'll recycle the foil balloons too

I ordered balloons for my sons birthday. I made sure to order them early in case of delays etc but obviously you can't order too early otherwise the balloons wont look their best for the big day. Long story short, they didn't arrive. The company they used to deliver lied and said they had attempted the delivery. Untrue. I was home all day and have cameras on my house so I know nobody came by. They then refused to let me go and collect them from the depot as it was dangerous due to covid. Well we are in the end of 2023 by this point so I don't see how that's a valid excuse. The company weren't very sympathetic and said I could have a 10% discount off my next purchase or something but you get that with your order anyway so I got nothing back essentially. They said they would make sure they would arrive by Monday. My son's birthday would have been the previous friday so that was no good to me either. My husband managed to obtain the balloons by driving half an hour to the depot, kicking off a HUGE fuss at the gates and luckily they took pity on us due to our son being special needs and they were to help him understand it was his birthday. Once we got hold of the balloons they were good but it was not worth all the fuss to actually get them. We are very disappointed with our experience and will not be ordering again. Will save myself the grief next time and go to physically get them from shops.

Absolutely beautiful balloons,I ordered the Elf Arrival hot air balloon and it is stunning, I received it on the 29th November and it’s still as perfect as the day it arrived! Amazing! Best service and Best balloons and so much choice. I’m so happy I found you guys! I’ll never buy my balloons anywhere else. Thank you so much 🥰

The whole process of ordering and receiving the balloons was simple and easy. The balloons were exactly as we ordered and greatly appreciated by my daughter.

Fast reliable delivery and great range of quality products - I have always used Bubblegum Balloons for family celebrations and particularly my daughter’s big events whether, university graduation, milestone birthdays- they have the best range of products and their balloons always make a lovely surprise and really add to the occasion. The balloons really last well and we are currently enjoying the 21st birthday balloons (with a teddy bear and pastel balloons) several weeks later! I live in the States but my niece lives in London. While looking for unique birthday ideas, I found Bubblegum Balloons. Setting up the delivery was easy, plus they have an awesome selection. The balloon I chose was even bigger in person & was beautifully customized. I recommend this company & would use them again in the future.
