Buckingham James provide exceptional service. Being a first time buyer and securing a mortgage the process can be very daunting but their knowledge is incredible and they always explain everything in detail. They found us the best deal and they are really responsive. I will use them every time my mortgage comes up for renewal now, can’t fault them.

James Buckingham was amazing in helping us buy our first home. We did not have a clue about the process when we first contacted them through recommendation from a friend and found their knowledge and support so helpful! They was with us each step of the way explaining them in terms we would understand!! I felt that they went above and beyond and will definitely be advising friends and family to use them!

We were introduced to Buckingham James initially by a friend when purchasing our house a couple of years ago.

We found the service, knowledge, support and communication from Brian our Mortgage Adviser was excellent. We’ve since done our remortgage through him and again, it was excellent.

We intend to stick with Buckingham James into the future with remortgages etc. We really felt like valued customers and nothing was too much trouble.

As nervous first time buyers we were referred to Brian and the team at Buckingham James with more than a little skepticism. From the outset we realised that this was a team we could trust with what is incredibly sensitive information. No hard sell, clear communication, a can do approach with a good dose of realism Brian explained all our options and the path needed to get where we dreamed of being, even during a global pandemic!
We were kept up to date with every single step and I asked every silly question there was but was never made to feel like this was stupid or too much effort for someone to explain.
