Brian Leppard excelled on getting us through the mortgage process. Brian is very detail orientated and has done a pristine work chasing other professionals as appropriate to make the process as smooth as possible. As first time buyers it was very reassuring to have such a transparent and attentive customer service!

At the risk of repeating what seems to be a recurring theme in these reviews; I cannot recommend Buckingham James and especially Brian Leppard highly enough. Responsive, with great advice and assistance, Brian really helped guide us through what seemed like a mortgage labyrinth at the time. We have been a repeat customer due to our trust in the service.

I can not recommend this company high enough. We spoke with Brian Leppard when trying to arrange a remortgage and within the day he had emailed various options with accompanying pro and cons. All our questions were answered in a very knowledgeable and professional manner and we could not believe how speedily and efficiently the whole process moved forward to the extent that, despite the lender requiring a valuer to view the property, we received a formal offer within a week. We have had 4 or 5 mortgages through the company now, Brian has handled every one and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is so on the ball, up to date with current guidelines and very efficient. Me and My Partner were first time buyers and had been recommended this firm. We had no idea about the processes or what needed to be done, when, how or why but after talking with Brian for a short while everything felt clear. He was so informative and it felt like he had all the time in the world to answer my 1000000 questions, no matter how small. With the knowledge he shared I almost felt qualified to do the job myself.

He kept in touch with us through the whole process and when things slowed down he was the person to get them rolling again, Even through these tough times nothing was too much trouble, everything was catered to our needs and specific circumstances.

The first class service we received from Buckingham James was second to none.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and transparent. They clearly are very experienced in this industry and everyone we spoke / corresponded with were on top of their game. I rarely leave online reviews, but this is a special case, same as the special treatment and services I have received when dealing with Brian Leppard from Buckingham James.
I first met Brian when I was buying my first property back in 2016. As I did not have much experience in this, Brian managed to guide and advise me, in detail, throughout the whole process. He would provide the top mortgage deals available on the market and help me chose the most suitable option based on my individual circumstances, which was really important to me. He has got this personal approach to you and your situation, and his level of expertise is just outstanding, not to mention his punctuality and organisational skills that are second to none.
There are many people who can do their job, but there are very few who love what they do, and do it with passion - and Brian is one of those few.
I have just completed my second remortgage with Brian's help and, as always, received the top quality service.
I have also recommended Brian to two of my friends who successfully secured their mortgages and were extremely pleased with the service they received.
