I have used Buckingham James for quite a few years now and I have been so impressed with consistent level of quality service that they have provided me as a customer. They have been very clear and thorough with everything they have done, provided and supported me with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them for all my future needs.

My wife and I used Buckingham James back in 2016 when we completed on our new home. Their knowledge, attention to detail and customer service were second to none. They took out all of the stresses from a very stressful process, allowing us to focus on other priorities. We will certainly be using them again in the future and recommending them to others. I first used Brian to arrange a remortgage 18 months ago and found his service excellent. He was flexible with his time and promptly replied to all my questions. Even agreed to meeting me at 9 in the evening which really made things a lot easier. Brian has also just dealt with my BTL remortgage, he remembered the renewal date from our original meeting (which I am impressed with). Given the current economic climate I was so unsure how long to fix for that I ended up changing my mind twice (sorry Brian). He was so patient with me and dealt with it without fuss. I dont usually recommend financial service, however I have already recommended Brian to a number of my friends already.

Even though these have been trying times we expected much more from the company as we'd been recommended to them. I feel they could have communicated a lot clearer and kept us updated properly on proceedings, what ever route they were going. There was no transparency on the route ahead for us. We accept that times are hard but telling us straight and being open and honest would have made all the difference.

I have used Buckingham James twice over the last few years and cant rate them highly enough. Great advice and service. Just got a remortgage arranged through these challenging times and process was seamless.

We used Brian when we had to remortgage our house. From the start Brian was so helpful and made the process so smooth for us - it was the first time remortgaging since buying our house so we were new to the process. He answered all our questions and made it so easy! I would (and have) recommend him to everyone and will continue to use Brian in the future.

I have been using Brian at Buckingham James for my mortgages for the past 4 years and what a journey it has been. He is always very reponsive, gives updates with progress, explains things in layman's terms when needed (without making feel silly) and above all, keeps me reassured, calm and positive! We have used Buckingham James for the last 3 mortgages. Last time, Jason provided the perfect service for us by coming round to our house one evening and taking us through our re-mortgage options. Face to face was much better than over the phone or email and an evening visit meant our working days were not affected. He took us through everything very patiently, nothing was too much trouble. Great service, would definitely use again.

Brian at Buckingham James has been helping us with our mortgages for the past 4 years now, from buying our first home, remortgaging and now moving in to a new home later this year. Given the current climate due to COVID-19 we didn't have a lot of hope for a new mortgage, but he managed to let us know of new mortgages as soon as they came out, and got the application in for us very quickly (which was approved!). Brian has always been very responsive, over email, phonecalls and WhatsApp messaging, and always keeps us up to date with progress, especially if time is tight like it was during our last mortgage application! We would definitely recommend Brian and Buckingham James to anyone, and we look forward to using them again in future.

A friend of mine had strongly recommended me Brian and Buckingham James Financial Services 3 years ago, I really thank him for that. Brian that I have been dealing with, is a very helpful person, he has always been there to solve any issues and give the best advice, especially recently with COVID-19 situation where there was a lot of staff shortage from banks he was dealing with, he managed to get the best deal within the required time.
