I ordered on Feb. 1. I was notified the product shipped. Still have not received it nor when I will. The tracking number given indicates "no results". The Shop app claims no tracking provided.

After watching a youtube clip recommending Buckle and Band, I purchased a Lond leather strap to accompany the Ultra apple watch I bought my husband for his birthday. The strap itself was lovely but unfortunately, it didn't fit the watch (no matter how hard we tried). I contacted Buckle and Band for further guidance and was blown away by their professionalism and attention to customer service. They sent a replacement band within 24 hours of notification, sent me regular shipment updates (going from the UK to Australia) and included a handwritten apology and well wishes for 2023. My husband absolutely loves the new band. It's clearly a high-quality product. I cannot recommend Buckle and Band enough and will definitely shop with them again.

Good quality product, beautiful packaging (it was a gift and I didn't need to wrap it) and a thoughtful hand written personalised card topped it all off. Lovely company, great product.

I got the pink Miam leather band for my apple watch and I absolutely love it! It was exactly what I was looking for and the quality feels amazing. It was not so easy to get my strap, but guys trust me - this is the most beautiful strap ever! With attention to every single detail - perfectly made! The guys from the support team are so helpful, we passed by a lotnof troubles with the delivery, but now I can say - Its worth it!

Great Strap, Amazing customer experience!

Bough the strap to my Apple Watch Ultra (AWU) - the materials and construction are very good, although I wish it would be wider to have a better proportion to the AWU. Even tough it looks very good!

I must share that the box opening was a very heartwarming and unique experience. The strap box was wrapped beautifully with a "metal" stamp adhesive, complimented by a handwritten note thanking for my purchase - I really felt the team at B&B took care of the smallest details and created a differentiated, personal customer experience!

Wanted to correct my Dec 6 review.

I was very upset upon not receiving my order. Buckle & Band delt with my complaint quickly and offered an immediate refund (which I refused), eventually the strap arrived and I’m more them happy to change my review as the product is great!

Delivery of the watchband was pretty long delayed because of strikes in England… But Mark explained what happened and even gave me a discount for a next item 👍. Yesterday I finally received it and the quality is very high. Nice leather and great looks. Worth the wait 😉. Nicely packaged with a handwritten personal note. Very nice.
