I NEVER received my order. When I tried calling them and emailing them, no one EVER responded back, nor did they answer the stupid phone.
Bud aroma don't even deserve a star.

Now I don't even wanna order beans from anyone!

Ordered 50 dollars in seeds in 2017.
Never got them. Bugged them with emails for about a year to no avail.
Dont waste your time with these guys. Looks like no-one ever. gets their seeds.

Bought $200 worth of seeds in Nov 2017. Still no refund. This company is disgusting!

Just another sad victim of their scam BS. My story is pretty much the same as the rest of the reviews written here. AVOID!! Any money you send them is gone forever. DO NOT BUY FROM! TOTAL RIPOFF! Can I say it any plainer?

I ordered $115.00 in seeds. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! I MADE MY ORDER jan.10,2019. THEY ARE A SCAM !!!! I HAD TO DISPUTE MY ORDER ON MY C.C !!! BEWARE

Ditto to what everyone else says ordered seeds paid for them never got them!

Purchased $400 of product. They responded that their CC machine was down and requested I pay thru Venmo. That was 12/18. They said my order would ship that Friday.

Now, I cannot get a last name other than Kim Jones. They don't answer phone or respond to emails, other than with robo emails stating they will respond within 24-48 hours. They don't.

I encourage all to notify CA AG, US Postal Inspector and FBI. Also, inundate their phone system with calls and orders that you don't pay for.

SCAM. Buyer beware. Never received seeds . and noone returns phone calls or emails.

I had placed an order with them when they were excepting bank debit cards . My bank wouldn't let the transaction go through. Two hours later I got a email from my PayPal account saying that my transaction was declined. I never even told Bud Aroma that I had a PayPal account and I certainly didn't give them permission to charge my paypal account. The only thing I can figure out is that Bud Aroma had to of used my email address to see if I had a PayPal account.

I placed an order since 9/30/2018 and the and i have yet to know where my seeds are. No on ever answers the phone and they DO NOT return your money back at all. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM BUD AROMA YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

i ordered 8/6/2018 .. never received a tracking number and after a month of calling every day and emailing everyone even their legal department i never got the products that i ordered ... i called and got an automated response many times and left messages with no return call .. i have contacted the better business bureau as well as an online.gov site that deals with internet scams, this company is not reputable at all to say the least. buyer beware, you will get nothing from this company except the loss of your money.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered my seeds two weeks later a called because I had not got a confirmation email after about an hour of trying to call I finally got through they said on of my seeds was out of stock and I just got in today and he said I should have a tracking number by the end of the week and seeds should arrive the following week this was over a month ago and still nothing they don't respond to emails or messages. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY

Horrible site. No communication. No product. Buyer beware.

I ordered in July 2017. Two items,$80 and thought- no problem. Think again,never received product and took 3 weeks of emailing after a month of waiting.I was surprised because my first order came in a week.When they finally emailed me back the excuse was lame but promised to have track numbers within a day. That did happen but when I received order,it was same as first.Never straighten it out. This company is not legitimate! Do not spend one cent on their website. One big scam!!!

BAD... need I say more... they are a rip off, no intention of ever sending product... they are only in it for the money...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY..... BUD AROMA IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

If i could give less i would, they had no prob accepting my payment, but now a month later, i can't even get a response to any correspondence, phone number disconnected, no reply by chat or email. Do not order from Bud Aroma, they are thiefs

There scam is to have you send them a Money Pak they won't except anything else, ( bitcoin won't go through,) once you send a money pac,
you can't get your money back. Then they send a note added We do not except debit cards and never answer your return replies. They will (Rip you off)

This company is a scam. I ordered $163 in seeds on 03-10 and paid by MoneyPak. Now they won't answer phone and when I try to send them email them. The email address does not exist. When I try to call them at 1-877-733-3420 every day for a whole week every other hour, they are always closed and I can't even leave a message. Scam! Scam! Scam! I wish I had looked up the reviews for this company before I gave them my money... Karma is a B!

I ordered on 11-18-2017. I had a 186.00 order. They lie constantly. Im ready to give up. I have used Seedsherenow, and CropKing with absolutely Zero problems. Bud Aroma has given me every excuse in the book...moving, changing management, our new computer system didnt recognize the older orders, and then Ive been told 6 different times (by Never the same person or Imaginary name twice, to "look for your tracking number in the next 24-48 hours" Always a lie, tracking has never come. Seeds have never come. Ive asked for a refund....Nothing..., never a response to that email. Despite trying 5 times. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CASH AND GIVE YOU NOTHING!!!! FACTS ordered november 18th 2017, Paid 186 dollars as of 3/11/2018!!!!! i have been lied to many times by BUD AROMA and have got NOTHING!!!! Use any other company, any other Seedbank.-----Jason

Bud Aroma is a true SCAM! I ordered on 2/2/18, I paid a few days later. I have e-mailed them over 10 times and they almost never reply. When they do reply, they give me lies about shipping. I was told at least 4 times that my order would be shipped within 72 hours. Surprise! it never shipped! Then they always have BS excuses saying why it hasent shipped.

I have read MANY posts over the last year and have read on most posts that the same thing has happened to a lot of people. They apparently have been "moving their operation to a new facility" for the last 1 year....IT DOES NOT TAKE MORE THEN A FEW DAYS TO MOVE LOCATIONS, EVEN IF YOUR WAL MART!

STAY AWAY FROM BUDAROMA! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A HUGE SCAM!

So after about 40 times of e-mailing and 2 months later budaroma e-mailed me saying my seeds were shipped. I just received 6 seeds.

The seeds are small and in bad condition, I doubt any of them will even germinate. Furthermore they did not come from the U.S. they were shipped from Great Britain.

I am glad budaroma has closed in the U.S., they are a horrible seedbank with the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and sickly looking seeds.

No matter whitch country you are in, don't buy from budaroma, you will not be happy. Furthermore their employees are RUDE, and disrespectful!

P.S. They like to respond to their horrible feedback on review sites. TRUST ME, THEY WILL NOT AND HAVE NOT SHIPPED AN ORDER TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER SO THEY CAN SCAM MORE PEOPLE!!!
