Terrible business total SCAM!!!!!

This is the worst example of a retail establishment; they do not care about their customers they are just after the DOLLARS. Way back on 1/21/2018 i placed an order for $151.15 I have not received any confirmation emails but the money has left my account. I have both tried the phone number and the Email for support NO ONE can be reached. This site is a SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM BUD AROMA or you will most definitely lose your money.

I emailed several times

I emailed several times. never received an answer.....gave the same info over and over. I finally called and they automatically siad it was sent....how? Why have I not received a tracking number? Terrible service.

Bogue Company

They never filled the order in time they said it would process. When i reached out, they never replied. Only heard more falsities from robots. Even paid immediately upon small order. It appears their website to draw more money is more important to them than actually delivering. A couple emails disclosed their new site benefits; during the given expired waiting time for some form of legitimate business concluding communication. Plus, billing company was not labeled as they said it would be within statements. May they find their legitimacy someday...hopefully. Just give me the coin back, so a trusted company can honor their commitment

This site should be shut down

This site should be shut down. My order was placed in Sept of 2017 I finally recieved an email stating my order was packed and in cue to be shipped in the beginning of Dec.2017
Guess what, it's now Jan 2018 and my order is still in processing and not shipped out. This is the worst online business transaction I have ever experienced in my life. Very eager to take your order and your money, but that's about it.
No response to customer care inquiries. No one will answer your customer care call , ever.
I guess I learnt the hard way , and apparently so did many others.I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed my order. If there is any karma in the universe this company will get screwed hard in return for the injustice they have done to the customer base. Never again will I trust this company for professional , and friendly business. Most likely a scam website victimizing consumers.

Got robbed and scammed

I made an order almost 3 months ago now. Sense I haven't received anything, not even a tracking number, I've been calling non stop for about 3 and a half weeks now. Every time its a person that has no information and can't help except to take a message that never gets returned. The e-mail is horrible too. I haven't received any reply back and I have been emailing just as long as I've been calling. I'd say this company is a complete scam and you will get your money stolen just like I did. I very highly recommend never trying this horrible company. EVER!!

These people are strate up thieves, order from seedsman er ILGM er anywhere else for that matter, cuz these people don't give a **** about anyone er anything other than lining their pockets with other peoples money. Stay away unless you ENJOY being ripped off! The only reason I gave em 1 star is becuz I can't give em a minus 10.

Do not use this company for any reason …

Do not use this company for any reason. They claim to be a small business going through an overflow of orders but just send automated bullsh*t emails until you ask for a refund (which they offer) at which put they just ignore you and hope you don’t dispute the charge which I had to do after they were in “handling” for a month. But yet no other seed bank seems to have these issues.

Placed my order in early Oct

Placed my order in early Oct. Still waiting. No customer service other than a phone number that is never answered. STAY AWAY. This is either a total scam or the worst company the world! I will say this. Their last email they sent explaining their situation was so poorly written and insulting that it was entertaining. Here's an excerpt. "SO all of you sending threatening emails talking about scam this and scam that and talking about law suites and all the other threats, WE HAVE HEARD IT ALL and have proved it all so please know it is nothing new that you can email us. We are a legit seed bank."

Ran by thieves....literally

I ordered some seeds October 1st and today is November 29th. Lol. 2 months. They took my money and ran. I have called a million times...left multiple emails....and nothing. Literally....nothing. Have not received anything from them what so ever except excuse lying emails. Its crazy as hell to me that a company of any sort can steal peoples money and run. STAAAAAAAY AWAAAAAAY FROM THIS "company" unless you want robbed.

I give them one star because i can't …

I give them one star because i can't give them a big fat zero.I placed an order on 9/01/17 it is now 10/11/17.There whole site is a lye.First zero customer service,you won't be able to talk to anyone and they will not respond to your calls,they will however respond to your emails some times with automated lyes.Oh yea try and cancel the order that you wont get anyway and ask for a refund,you guessed it no reply.Theres 2 things i can't stand a thief and a lyer. AND YOU ARE BOTH.Take the money i had to work for and stick it where the sun don't shine BUDDY!!!! Don't use these crooks unless you have money you want to throw away.Flush it down the toilet at least you know where it went.Thanks for nothing BUD AROMA

No work/businesses ethics. Don't care about customer care

I just read from Bud Aroma... they are not a scam..... ummmm then Bud Aroma where is my product???? You have no work ethics. Communication is the key to a successful business... I been getting the run around for a month. Had to spend more money with a serious company that cares about their business.. my stuff arrived in 7 days from other company. At this point, I want my $200 back and Bud Aroma, you can keep ur lies, lack of communication and respect for customers that trust you. This is the worst experience i ever had ordering seeds. Some people work hard for there money, like me.. I can't afford to give it away. Get it together Bud Aroma!!!! If I could give ZERO stars to Bud Aroma I would!!

Wow, just bad.

Wow. Just dont buy from them. Even if youre desprate please go somewhere else. SCAM!!!!! they took 120$ and sent me only half the order, all calls no answer, all emails no answer after more then two weeks cant belive how lousy my experiance was. always getting this automated message saying how they are OH SO HAPPY i emailed and that ill get a responce in 24-48 hours!!! WTH??!! The seeds i got were okay but NOT WORTH THIS. This is a either a very bad month for them somehow or a scam... either way they get to steal 50 dollars and lose a possibly lifelong customer.

Placed order Sept 2 2017

Placed order Sept 2 2017, it's now Sept. 30 2017. I've emailed them 5 times. I keep getting an instant returned email claiming they've changed their order process, my seeds should ship in the next 4 days. What kind of company in this type of business cannot send me 5 seeds within a full month. A VERY POOR COMPANY. I'VE ASKED FOR REFUND GOT NOTHING. S T A Y A W A Y!

Disappointed

A very bad company. They take your payment. And maje you wait. Its been 2 weeks. Still nothing. I had to order from another seed bank which i have orderd from before. Amsterdam Seed Bank. Their customer service is far superior and excellent. They process my shipment within a day I paid my order. I will never do business with this company again.

BUDAROMA.COM IS A SCAM

This company is a scam absolutely do not waste your money. Made an order on the 18th august says 1 to 4 days processing, 10 days later nothing has changed. I emailed them day 6 and got no response. There are plenty of reviews stating this and they are absolutely correct. Check forums such as rollitup.org and AFnetwork.com there will be multiple reports, then one lone person defending them way more than anyone would deem necessary. That person is the scammer.
