Put in an order June 13. So far hasn’t even been shipped was told it could take up to 8 days. When I asked about the order they just said they were busy and would have it shipped ASAP. So far still haven’t heard about the order. I would never buy again from this company again Just hope that I can get my money back

Absolute rubbish and inferior overpriced product
I purchased 3 pairs of elastic waist pants on their buy 2 get one free offer - which was over $100aud and also paid extra for premium postage. After several emails and nearly a month one pack has arrived - the rest is still to come. The clothing is absolute RUBBISH - crap material, terrible baggy fit, shocking pattern and shape - absolutely nothing like the pictures - they will be goin straight into the bin - so disappointed after paying a high price for this disgrace of a product. I expected more!! DO NOT BUY CLOTHING FROM THIS STORE - SHAME ON THEM!!

Slow communication.
I ordered three tops and patiently waited three weeks while the tracking on my order stated "in production". When I emailed the company they came back to me saying that two of the tops were no longer available and offered different items which I didn't want. I responded quickly saying no thank you, cancelling my order and requesting a full refund. I got no response to this email so I opened a Pay Pal dispute. After a few days I got an email asking me to close the dispute so that they can refund me. I just feel that anyone ordering from the UK should be very cautious. Communication is poor and I am glad I have cancelled my order.

I love the earrings I bought. I bought a bracelet for my husband which was too small. I am still emailing the company to get an exchange. The emails sent from this company are always vague and nothing has been done.
I am disappointed in how this company works. Makes me second guess whether to order from them again.

Unsolicited receipt of advertising emails
After looking at items to purchase, I have been receiving endless emails, like 30-40 per day. I have reached out to request them that they stop sending ads, more than 10 times, I continue to receive them. I equate this to harassment and I definitely will not order from them, ever

I ordered two dresses
I ordered two dresses, which arrived 10 days apart, sadly neither fit. I tried to return them and when i asked for the address, i received a number of emails over the following week, asking why and would I like a 10% discount to keep them. All i wanted was to return, by the time i finally got an address which is NOT in the UK, the 30 day return limited would have expired before it arrived back in China. I am know stuck with two dresses i dont want. I am so disappointed as they have lovely clothing and I would have ordered again if the company was based in the UK,(why buddhastones.uk, when it is not in the UK?)

Wide Leg Cotton Linen Pants
The wide leg cotton linen blend is an amazing, quality fabric. I live where the summers are very hot and humid. Not the time to wear pants. These pants are actually cool and comfortable and they are NOT see through! They wash and wear well and I have ordered additional pairs of the pants and a top of the same cotton linen blend. I feel so scammed
I feel so scammed. I got what I thought would be sustainable , good quality clothes based on the way they advertise. I got cheap, small, and not what was advertised and when trying to correct the issue they wanted me to spend more money on them! They DO NOT take returns so that is also false and also when in communication with my bank after I trued to dispute the charge they did not faithfully stand up for their wring doing. Your money could be used in much better ways to support actual sustainable brands and not one trying to be like BuddaStone.

A nice place to shop
A lot of reviews say to get 2 times the size you really are, but I did that and the dress was very large on me. I ended up doing an exchange and this company was wonderful with the exchange! They got back to me super quickly and provided me with the steps to get a new size sent to me. They do not take back the old item, but if you want another size, they just charge you shipping, which is fair in my opinion. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that. I really love the dress. It's very lightweight, which is nice for the warm weather.

Everything I bought looks cheap and rubbish at prices indicative of quality. Utter waste of time and money, I do think there needs to be an obvious way to see when you are buying from China direct for the reason that to get a refund you have to pay through the nose to send the junk back.
