Theft by ignore! I had a flight booked Hanoi to Perth with Singapore airlines that I cancelled 7 days before the flight. A person from Budget AIr called after I had cancelled online to confirm and advised that available refund would be sent. Next day an email confirming cancellation was received. Received an email from Singapore air advising check in was available. contacted BudgetAir again to confirm cancellation, again received cancellation email. Then received email advising cancellation was "unable to be processed". Again contacted BUdgetAIr and was advised by email that cancellation was completed. received yet another email from Singapore AIrlines and again contacted Budget AIr. Was advised in conversation that the cancellation was complete and informed of the refund amount, and that a follow-up email would be sent. Haven't heard from them since and don't expect refund will be issued. Use this company warily! I won't be back and I travel regularly.
An update to this farce!
Eirstly I get an email from Budget Air stating "Your recent Trustpilot review was brought to my attention, and I am reaching out to provide clear information about your cancellation and refund request.
The refund request for the booking from Hanoi to Perth was reviewed with Singapore Airlines. The airline rejected the main refund because they only process a tax refund if the entire journey remains unused, and they later informed that the return tickets are non-refundable.
To help further, Please contact directly with Singapore Airlines. If the airline provides proof or confirmation that a refund is permitted, please forward that documentation here so the system can be overridden and the request reprocessed.
My reply: Thanks for your non committed reply.
I booked the flight with Budget Air, not Singapore direct. This means that you are responsible to act on my behalf.
You contact Singapore Air and sort this mess of your making out."
Then: "Your booking can't be cancelled"
Then: "Kindly note as per the airline update an involuntary cancellation and refund has been declined since the is no airline schedule change for Inbound:Hanoi-Singapore Singapore-Perth." (This is the flight that I had cancelled.)
Again just a very poor response to one of their customers. For every time Budget Air has confirmed the cancellation and refund request, they have then come back shortly after and advised "cancellation has been denied. So much for customer service.

I emailed and called several times to have my middle name included on the ticket.
I was told you do not need it.
the airlines were saying you had to include it.
I was told to send my passport and booking number to have the middle name included.
I did this and received no response.
I rang again and was told that i would need an email from the airline and a copy of my passport and maybe something could be done.
he said there was no guarantee.
I suggest that if everything is straight forward then this website is ok but if you anticipate any issues forget it.
The offshore customer services Engish is ordinary and the customer service person was not interested.
