Stay far away from this agency
Do not choose them! Stay away! Customer service is terrible and they work against you, not with you. Pay the extra cost of a flight to avoid any mishaps with this horrible travel agency.

Cancelled ticket not refunded
I booked round trip from Raleigh to Newyork. My return flight was with Spiritz airlines and was cancelled. But budget air should have not accepted booking if the airlines is in trouble. On top of that I got a mail to confirm cancellation. That mail was very vague. There was no mention of any ticket number, from and to destination. That mail looked like a spam and generic mail.
