Refund me the cancellation fee
I am their regular customer and it has always been fine before, with no problems or disputes. But this time, when I requested a refund, they demanded that I must pay the airline’s cancellation fee (I bought the ticket to depart from the United States and requested the refund within 24 hours). I said I could pay your administration fee, but the other charges are unreasonable. In this situation, airlines do not charge a cancellation fee. Why are you charging it? I later contacted the airline, and they also replied that BudgetAir should not charge this fee. There has never been such a thing for refunds within 24 hours before; I don’t know why it happened. It seems BudgetAir does not have a unified internal refund policy, it’s all chaotic. Please refund me $278.40 promptly.
