I bought the premium plus extra service charge which allows me to change or cancel my flight tickets for no fees just fair difference yet they try to charge me a modification fee of $605 on the ticket fee is only $166 difference when I can buy a whole new one-way ticket for $660 even cheaper and then the guy said well it’s not a change fee but then after in the end he put a picture and said it was a change fee that they’re charging me. They’re a scam. Don’t buy their extras. Don’t buy their packages a hard time with your tickets trying to check in the flights budget Air isn’t worth it. I’m going through hell right now paid extra for service that I was going to use and now when I try to use it, they’re trying to charge me crazy money.

the PNR cannot be verified via the airline website because Budget Air has introduced their own contact details instead of my own. Completely different e-mail and contact number which belong to a 3rd party in China. This makes me waste precious time. The price was in the end the same as if I was booking via the airline directly. Absolute terrible service all throughout. I bought the premium package on top of cancellation insurance all for $100 and was still charged a $130 cancellation fee by BUDGET AIR THEMSELVES, even though the PREMIUM package stated $0 cancellation fee by BUDGET AIR, on top of the $240 cancellation fee!!!

High administrative charges for cancelling or changing tickets.Would not recommend this site I am totally mad and dissapointed for just 1 wrong letter on that need to change on the spelling of my name I even send them the copy of my passport , my ticket price was almost 980 Cad My refund is just almost 300 cad how cỏme to much high cost almost 75 percent of the price that I pay for my ticket !!
