My experience with BudgetAir has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Booking Reference: BUSA-35687049

After making my booking, I had serious concerns about the charges and needed assistance. I sent multiple emails to BudgetAir, but none of them received a response. I also called customer service more than 15 times. Every time I was told that someone would call me back or that I would receive an email within a certain timeframe. Neither ever happened.

I spent hours following up, repeating my situation to different representatives, only to be given the same empty promises. There was no accountability, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve my issue.

A travel company should provide support when customers need help, especially after taking their money. Ignoring emails and repeatedly promising callbacks that never happen is completely unacceptable.

I will never book through BudgetAir again and strongly recommend booking directly with the airline instead. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and lack of support that I experienced

Easy ticket purchase

Easy ticket purchase. Horrible customer service. There is no number to call and only a chat. I waited over an hour and it always showed 'over 30 people ahead'. I never got to speak with anyone.

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company. They mislead you with fees that you have no idea you will get. I booked premium tickets with free cancellation and change flights. Paid extra for it, and as soon as I paid, I realized my date was wrong. I contacted budget air representative immediate and was told that I can’t change my tickets and cancelation will cost $120 which is 2/3 of my tickets price. So much for “free change and cancelation” on their website. Stay away from this company, not worth your frustration and disappointment with losing money and getting terrible customer servers.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Never Again

I will never use BudgetAir again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before booking through them.

The low price may get your attention, but their unreasonable fees and rigid policies can end up costing you far more than you expect. Their customer service was extremely disappointing, and instead of working toward a reasonable solution, they hide behind policies that seem designed to maximize what they collect from customers rather than help them.

My experience left me feeling like the business model is set up to profit from customers when problems arise instead of providing the support you’d expect from a travel company. Whether it’s excessive fees or inflexible policies, the entire experience felt unfair and incredibly frustrating.

If you’re considering booking through BudgetAir, read every policy carefully and understand exactly what you’re agreeing to before you pay. Based on my experience, I would much rather pay a little more and book directly with the airline than risk dealing with BudgetAir again.

This was one of the worst online travel booking experiences I’ve had, and they have permanently lost my business.

Terrible Communication and Resolution

Originally everything went smooth but unfortunately our returning flight got canceled back in March. It is now going into July and BudgetAir is basically refusing to issue a refund for the returning flight and their only response is I have to wait 8-10 weeks from confirmation of cancellation, it has been well past that. If you are traveling during a time when flights may possibly get canceled I would NOT recommend BudgetAir. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them at all now that I see the communication is so bad. Everything else from this trip was refunded except their payment.
