Correcting Personal Information After Payment
When I’m looking for flights through Skyscanner, I usually choose Budgetair.ie. The staff are very efficient. Recently, I made a booking and realised that the autofill had entered my surname twice. I only noticed this after making the payment. I rang Budgetair and spoke with Sarah Jane, who sorted it out very quickly. Her response was very prompt. I had to pay an extra fee, but that’s much better than being unable to fix the issue without speaking to someone. I always feel safe booking through Budgetair.
