I wouldn't normally use a Skyscanner as recommended OTA as there ncan be horror stories but given this is an Irish company, they have a physical presence in Dublin and are bonded in Ireland have no issues.
Would have no hesitation recommending, received our ticket numbers the next day.
If you are still wary you can you check your booking is in the airlines system using the reference number Budgetair provide.

I was a bit unsure at first, but so far everything has been smooth. Booking was easy, check-in was straightforward, and communication has been clear and timely. The airline seems organized and professional. My flight is on Tuesday, and I’ll update if anything changes—but as of now, they’re definitely the real deal. Budget Air are definitely for real—and they’re changing the game.
