Scammers never use this company because they cheat@!!!I signed a contract for 2 years they told me the first 6 months 15 euros, then 20 euros, and withdraw 20 euros from the account !!!I photographed it all and will call the consumer protection society !!!People in this company Scammers do not use the services of this company it is dangerous!!!!!

Horrible customer service!!!!
They’re hard to reach when you need help, send invoices late, and aren’t very helpful in resolving issues. They also don’t provide e-sims.
I had problems twice with them, and wouldn’t recommend if you want to avoid headaches.

Cancelling the subscription is an annoying process. Please do it on time, and expect some frustrations to arise. Contacting someone that can actually help you might not be immediate, please account for this. Once I was attended by someone my issue got quickly solved. It is annoying to the customer to feel that the Budget Mobile makes the cancelling process difficult on purpose, with the aim to squeeze a last couple of monthly payments from you. Stop managing your companies as a money draining machine, you have a service to provide. People need your help to save money and time now more than ever.
