It keeps losing the signal all the time and everywhere, very annoying and embarrassing for example when you want to transfer money back to your friend via the bank and you got no service on your phone, unfortunately i have a contract for 2 years, will definitely switch to another provider after all that

I don’t have any service about 1 week and everytime I contact with costumer service they just say, we are sorry but we can’t do anything. So If I can’t get any service why am I using it. I want to transfer my number another provider but I can’t do that also. I want to cancel my subscription but I have to pay fine also. So they just want from you pay for nothing,

Not recommended at all. The internet doesn't work at all if there are 2+ people around you. I had no internet when walking in the park or sitting in any cafe. The stepping over to them was confusing as well. First they say dont do anything, all is automatic, and later you actually had to activate the card online before. I have Budget Thuis and its OK but never for mobile network.

I asked for a sim card 9 days ago. On the website, they say it would arrive in 2 days but it never did. I also can't speak to their customer service cause all they have is a bad chatbot that won't understand the problem. Now I'm a free wi-fi hunter and I'm so pissed off with it.

OMG. I ADVICE anyone everyone to NOT use this network provider!
they steal my number and i had to pay 100 euros fees and Everything I asked was just to correct their mistake but NO ONE understand it gets even worst everytime I had chat with them, Professionalim = 0
I am so frusturated I can not get my number back now, Imagine the Hustle to be forced to loose your number and Pay Money on the top!!

The worst experience ever! Understand Nic pk experience...Called regarding our landline and contract.
Just to find out our contract ended months ago..
Our monthly accounts have been extremely high comparing to our first conversation where we where told its a 1 euro contract. Really. Was advised this can be easily sorted out..by paying 5 euro for unlimited landline calls and a further 5 euro for unlimited mobile calls. Was told I am frustrated...requested a copy of of expired contract, including payments.. was put on hold,,,Employee never came back after being on hold for 15 mins? or so..

This is the worst mobile provider with such a terrible customer service that i experienced ever in my life. My internet is not working properly for the past two weeks. My signal reception goes down - showing i have signal but nothing works. When asking for a refund i was said no. When asking for quality improvement i was suggested to try a different phone (and my phone works just fine!) Worst experience ever. Dont even try to subscribe to their service! Would never recommend it! Im so glad to be switching my operator!!
