Extended wait times to connect with a representative, coupled with a noticeable lack of expertise among the customer service team, frequently resulted in unresolved issues. This experience has led me to regret entering into a contract with them, and I would advise against utilizing their services.

I’ve got a unlimited data bundel, but when my daily runs out and i request 1gb extra it often doesn’t come through. Leaves me with no data and nothing I can do about is.

I wanted to put my subscription on hold because I went travelling for 3 months. To reach the (solely digital) service desk takes a lot of time because every time the service desk was understaffed so I would be the 23th person in line. To put the subscription on hold you need to pay 15 euros. But they didnt tell me i had to pay that before a certain date. So when i wanted to pay 2 days later it didnt work anymore. Back again to the service desk queu. After paying for the subscription break, I found out a month later that i was still paying. So back to the queu (on different days because the line was so long every time). They told me there was a mistake and i would receive my money back. Fast forward a month later, still no money back and the subscription break still not processed. Again trying to get in touch with the service desk 4 days in a row(!). Finally unfriendly service with again the promise that i will get the money back. Why am i paying for having a break in the subscription in the first place, and especially if it did not happen in the end.

I transferred to Budget Mobile on 8 January. I received an email saying that `my SIM card is sent`. On 15 January my number is transferred but I haven’t received any SIM card. I haven’t been able to make any phone calls since 15 January.So I contacted to budget mobile via their web site. They told that they will send a new SIM card. I wait until today (23 January). No SIM card. Today I contacted them again. They told me they will send another SIM card. I tried to explain that I can’t make or receive any phone calls. Can you imagine how annoying this. So I am really angry with this company. It didn’t work for me.

My review answered here on this web page by company and I provied my contact information to the Budget mobile. But they have it already. I dont understand why they asked my contact information here on this web site when they have it. Anyways I gave my information but they didnt contact with me. I contacted again with Budget mobile on 25 Jan. They told me that I need to check my place because it can be lost. I cheked the reception of our place where they deal with the mails. They told me that they never recieved anything from Budget mobile and there are other residents who came with the same problem. A lady recieved her sim card after the 5th try. And I know for sure that I have never had a problem with my posts. It only happened with Budget mobile. Very bad communication. They are not honest. I dont believe that they are sending the sim card.

About mobile plan. I was tempted by the price. Now, I regret it.
1. In the form, they offer a possibility to pay with N26. It is fake. It does not work. I called. No help.
2. Then, I paid with Revolut. 2 days later, no email confirmation (but the money left the account immediately).
3. I called... Mobile phone things are resolved in the chat only.
4. So I contacted the chat. First person utterly incompetent. Could not locate my case... asks me for my mobile phone number???
5. Second person said that i should receive my simcard in 4-5 days.
6. It is 5 days already. The third person in the chat also did not help me. No confirmation email still, no simcard. The real question is - will they automatically take away the money from my account next month?
7. Thank you Anouck for your comment but I have not heard from you.
Bottom line - have I not asked, I probably would wait eternity. Not a good start if you need the number quick.

EVERYDAY IS A NEW DISAAPPOINTMENT WITH BUDGET MOBIEL
MY CONTRACT WITH THEM SHOULD START ON 22ND JAN AND THEY CANCELED IT WITHOUT ME ASKING, AND NOW THEY PUT IT ON 1ST FEB.
CAN YOU IMAGINE THEY CHARGED ME IN DECEMBER ALTHOUGH THE CONTRACT STARTS IN FEB? WITH OTHER COMPANIES THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IN MARCH, THAT IS 3 MONTHS DIFFERENCE !!!
TOO MUCH TIME AND ENERGY IS WASTED WITH INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNRELIABLE SO DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE ON TIME, THEY WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU MUCH EARLIER IN ADVANCE.
