The internet stops sometimes at 22:00 and I do many times bundel but nothing happens and it stays like that until next day morning. That is very annoying to me! Also the speed of the internet needs to be improved! Also customer service is very poor last time I tried to reach a customer agent, it took a lot of time to wait and when I finally get to chat with the agent, the agent closed the chat on my face and asked me for review without even solving my inquiries!

The worst service ever experienced in my entire life. Had budget all in one with gas & electricity plus 2 mobile phones. Impossible to discontinue te service when the contract expired. With the Energy contract 1 was one month late to discontinue and entered in a variable contract after which they charged a tripple amount on the monthly charges. And to discontinue your mobile phone contract you can only do this using the chat. They however do not administer this correctly which lead to additional monthly payments and even when you have your mobile phone number transferred to another provided they continue charging monthly payments. And they only way to contact them is by using their Chat function. For which you end up in a cue and when you finally reach a real person they break the connection over and over again. They drive you nuts. Do never ever use these cowboys.

Well I don’t know how other people feel but I think it’s the best service you can ever get, for a cheap price, for unlimited data we all know it is not true, but if you can watch videos online and chat with friends for 4 to 6 hours a day then it’s good, forget about Unlimited data it’s not true, but they are better than all out there, I have tried a lot of services but they are my favorite and I recommend them to anyone who wants to have a good service with great support

Never get a subscription from budget mobiel the internet is so slow and they don’t have iPhone with the subscription so i buy a subscription from other store with iPhone and when i want to terminate the subscription from them they told me to pay for i year and half which is i didn’t use , and their customer service is so bad I couldn’t even get the answer for my question, shortly i considered this payment as stealing.

I had a professional and neat experience with customer service and good experience with the budget mobile service as well, I would suggest a cheaper bundle plan for people who do use subscriptions much but other than that everything is super with your service.
