I had a prepaid ortel number for many…
I had a prepaid ortel number for many years, then I went to Budget mobiel for a year long subscription.
I wanted to keep my old cell phone number because ALL MY CONTACTS have it its extremely important I get many important texts if I get an incoming package.
Budget mobiel managed to ask ortel if I could keep my number so after a year of using buget mobiel I decided to cancel....
guess what they did .. THEY BLOCKED MY ENTIRE NUMBER FROM USE! that means all my contacts cannot text me and I missed my important texts from paypal and postnl this resulting in losing over 1500 euro of packages that were send back!! I now have to pay over 1500 euros to get the packages send to me!!
no where in their rules does it say they will block and remove your number from use... I had this number for years with ortel they were nice enough to give u the number so I could keep using it!!
I chatted with customer service after a while she told me if its ok if a co worker can call me instead... I TOLD HER I CANNOT BE REACHED BECAUSE BUDGET MOBIEL REMOVED MY NUMBER!!!! it is completely useless now I cannot be called!!
I demand my phone number back!!!
