Just fantastic all round
The gentleman that turned up was one of the politest, and informative people I have ever encountered. He was direct and clear on instruction and punctual regarding his pre attendance phone call. The work was undertaken in a very good window of time and the sign off procedure was simple. Adding to this, the price compared to the other "large mainstream" companies, was just amazing value.

From the original booking experience to the end job, this was a positive engagement. The person booking it in, was helpful and even when he forgot to mention VAT had not been added, he then called to confirm this was ok.
The cost was about 40% less then the next quote I got. The engineer was polite helpful and communicative of when they would arrive and how long it would take..
In short, if I ever need this service again, I would reach out to the team there
