Great prices and great new website. Easy to search what you want compared to old website

The only thing I have a comment about is that sometimes you have something on sale and I put it on the shopping car and by the time I’ll be going to purchase it it’s out of stock.

They sold me a broken magazine described as "new" and refuse to stand by their products. When I asked about them sending a replacement, they couldn't be bothered to respond. I was hoping to do more business with them since my US Army SOF neighbor recommended them when we were discussing my rebuilding my collection. They've lost what would likely be $30,000+ in purchases over the next 2-3 years all because they wanted to rip me off with a $20 purchase. Smart move, Bud's.

Ordered a Colt Python online, which was in stock. Order went through, money was relieved from my bank account, and an email confirmation of the order was sent to me. Minor problem, the gun was being sent to a different FFL dealer than the one I specified. No big deal, I called the "new" FFL dealer to give them a heads-up. No answer, left a message, never did hear back from them. Then I got another email from Bud's - "call us". So I did, seems the item I ordered was "out of stock"!! The service rep said my refund will be processed in 3 to 5 days! So, they switch dealers, take my money immediately on an item they don't really have, and then it takes days to refund it. Not a pleasant transaction!

The website is very easy to use. Buds always has a great selection and I can always find what I want at the best price.

Purchasing insurance is pointless save ur money my package was delivered to the wrong address and their customer representative basically told me I will have to take a loss cuz it was delivered to the right address but nobody in my family received the package. even after purchasing insurance on my package. It’s best to shop with a business that keeps their word.

Love this company plan on using them again.

Easy transaction

Absolute joke of a company, bought a gun from them was charged the full amount. Emailed an hour later saying to contact them directly only to be told it was sold out and I would not be refunded my money for 5 days! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
