Awful customer service. Ignoring my multiple emails on purpose.

Buff Browz use SHOP for their payment and delivery service. My address and card details are saved in shop, i accidentally purchased an order and it went through because of my saved details, which i am aware is my mistake, however I quickly emailed to cancel my order as soon as it happened. I emailed multiple times, messaged on instagram and tiktok, messaged through their website, and even messaged buff lashes, to explain my situation. I finally got a short crappy reply days later with them telling me they cannot cancel the order as it was already out for delivery. This could have been resolved if they hadn’t ignored my multiple tries to communicate.

I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund as I cannot afford what I accidentally bought and simply didn’t want it ( I was browsing different things but had no intention of buying at this time or maybe even at all. ) I understand that it was my mistake for pressing the wrong button and having my details saved however I tried to fix it straight away and they purposely ignored me.

I tried to explain that I cannot return the items for a refund in the 14 day period as I’m abroad caring for my crucially ill grandmother who is about to pass away, (these items were delivered to my home address and I am in a different country) I’m not sure when I will be home as it is hard to tell at the moment hence the reason I can’t return in the 14 day period.

I tried to explain this multiple times but again I am being ignored. This order is currently lying outside my house at the back door not being used.

AWFUL customer service, HORRIBLE brand, DO. NOT. ORDER.

I am going to try go through my bank for help if buff browz keep on ignoring me and don’t even try to resolve this matter.

Ordered from them some time ago, but because it was a nightmare experience I have to tell you all to avoid them. I got the brow products which were opened (I guess they maybe sending returns to new clients.) Safety caps were opened. They said they weren’t … poor customer service, obviously they denied it. Just avoid and save your money!

Next day delivery is free if you order over a certain amount and if that order is before 1 pm on a Saturday, you will receive your package on Monday. Ordered at 7 am on Saturday. Had an item refunded at 2 pm on Saturday. Then no update for the rest of the day or on Sunday. Then at 12 pm on Monday, have another item refunded to me. And my order only got dispatched after I complained via email. But still haven’t had a response from them. I needed these items for my business tomorrow. Dreadful customer service.

They also have courses for there products which is very helpful and something you don’t see often. Would buy and recommend every time. I purchased products expecting good quality, but the stain didn’t even last a single day! I tried reaching out by email no reply. I called several times and it just goes straight to voicemail. I even contacted my bank for support because I’ve had absolutely no help from this company. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money. Would not recommend to anyone!

Buffbrowz is the best cysteamine I have tried! I love it! Flawless brows every time and the hybrid stain is amazing too, I wouldn’t use anything else!
