Everything went well.
The only thing that went wrong does not depend on you.
I suggest not to use the Italian Post Office but used any courier, surely cost more but customers will have less disruption as non-delivery, recall notices without address and telephone number, the negligence of the postmen, etc

Mostly satisfied
I ordered 6 Buffs and I'm satisfied with all but the women slim fit buffs that are way too short. A couple more inches wouldn't have hurt, now I have to use two, one over my head and one over my face.

I did my order , I payed it - but the Buff send me different decor - and noone cares about the reclamation- now its nearly one month without the answer ( I am dissapointed.
- today I receive the right decor with no extra costs -I really appreciate the approach . for me - everyone , who works has done sometimes some failure - but also its needed to solve it . So at the end the status is - satisfied ))
