Unlimited choice perfect service
I found the website very easy to surf and appreciated the full range of buff products. The checkout and payment process was easy and smooth and the delivery was perfectly on time. My only suggestion is on delivery costs: the threshold for accessing free delivery is a little high considering the average value of the products and the express delivery costs are definitely high in comparison to other sites. Please review them I want to buy at Buff store again!!!

Still have not received anything!
I placed an order on the 15th of December expecting to receive the package before Christmas, as was noted on the site. It the 27th, I have not received and after contacting you I received an inadequate answer. The package got lost somewhere and I would have to wait and see. Plus the tracking number you provide is nonexistant and cannot be tracked from any site. I am sorry but I am totally unsatisfied. Suggestion? If you delay someone so much, then you should send a new package express with your expenses. I had a similar experience in NY with Columbia and that was their immediate responce. That is what customer service is all about.
