great product delivered quickly and safely
Buff's are great and the range now is amazing. the online store is easy to navigate, has individual countries so you can see exactly what you have to pay. mine arrived quickly both times and safely. my only recommendation for improvement would be that the packaging is huge for what the product is, so a considerably smaller packet would be better.

Not feeling fairly followed as a customer
I've ordered two times:
- 1st delivery came in a reasonable time
- 2nd one was bad: ordered on Dec 12th and got delivery on Dec 31st so missed the chance to timely deliver my Xmas presents
Deliveries cannot be tracked, tried to follow few links available on the web portal but redirected to the Polish Mail service web portal totally not understandable (no option for English).
queried infos by emailing Buff store but no answer!
I won't suggest anyone else purchasing on from Buff store web site
