Good product, but the price is too high. On the U.S. site there is a lot more variety of colors and designs that articles in the European site, and this is a pity.

I have only one complaint which I have already placed it in written. When I placed my order I was informed that the products arrive within 4 days. Just in time for my friend's birthday to get a buff as a present!. I ordered it. I have received a number of 2 e-mails informing me that my order has been processed , that payment has been approved, that the product haw been sent , and only after this, there was an e-mail on info about the package and with very small letters I was informed that for Greece it may take 7-21 days to arrive!!!
I strongly believe this kind of info should be available to your customers at the moment they decide to order something and NOT after the product has been shipped. Withholding this kind of info is misleading and illegal.
I have been very annoyed.

I love my merino wool buff. Got it last winter and won't go out in the cold without it. Just bought 2 more on line for gifts this Christmasf. The product got to me within 10 days. Perfect.

Buff24 was certainly fast to debit my credit card and notify me by email that my order was confirmed, another email that money was received for my order, another email that my order was processed, and yet another email that my order could be tracked (if I read Polish of course I could track my order), and another email that my order was shipped. It's been two weeks and there is still no sign of my purchase. I am not impressed, and certainly will not be using this site again.

The Web Site is very easy to use and the order was placed and paying with PayPal is supereasy. Shipped item was delivered just a day earlier than estimated, so I was very pleased.

Store site states free "PRIORITY" shipping within US above $50 purchase, gave a FAKE impression they were based in US. Upon checkout the "PRIORITY" shipping promised within 6 days.............. WHAT A LIE!!!! Could not even track shipment by reading the Polish postal website. Emailed and got a reply to check with USPS, GOODNESS ME. The "PRIORITY" shipping became "REGISTERED MAIL" (SLOWEST OF THE SLOW) upon arrival in US?!?! Shipping DID NOT take 6 days as promised. Its been SO LONG now and still not received!!! MY SISTER WENT ON HER SKI HOLIDAY WITHOUT HER BUFF POLAR.................

Price wise, buy on EBAY. SO much cheaper now I know.

IF YOU PROMISE 6 DAYS "PRIORITY" SHIPPING, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, USE DHL OR FEDEX OR UPS. DON'T USE CHEAP CRAPPY SHIPPING THAT CANNOT BE TRACED
