I would highly recommend using this service. Julian Board has been excellent, always rings me early before I'm on site so we can run through things, the communication from him is excellent and we have developed a great working relationship. I have secured many jobs from his work.
It saves me time so I can be on site, I feel confident with Julians work. Excellent service.

Very good service. My estimator (Andrew Donnachie) was excellent with very good communication between us. It was like having a friend on the end of the phone helping you. The report layout helped me win my job as it looked great! I had the EPC and SAP calcs completed too which really helped too. I would recommend this service! Tim Myatt was very helpful throughout this service too.

I’ve used Build Aviator many times, it’s a fantastic service that really does save me time. I have secured projects off the back of their reports that I wouldn’t normally get the time to price myself. It’s such an in-depth report that covers the whole build, I have also been upgraded to an exec pack so all my reports have my company logo and pictures of my previous work. Another thing that separates them from the the other QS services is that they offer SAP, Acoustic, and Air testing and include the products in my reports. Being partners with Jewson also plays a big factor in that I get realistic prices that I’m actually going to pay as opposed to the other QS services their prices are unrealistic and I have to then search for a place to purchase within the budget that often costs me more money. I would highly recommend Build Aviator to anyone working in the trade.

Used a few QS services in the last 2 years but these are the best for value a job win percentage.

We often use Build Aviator. The reports it produces are really useful and help with ordering materials for projects. Rachel Betts who works for the company always goes that extra mile.

I use the Build Aviator service a lot. Saves a lot of time and gives all the details needed - materials required, labour costs, project totals etc.

We’d been looking at estimation programmes online for a while as our business was growing rapidly, but a lot of what we were finding was just too expensive and we couldn’t justify the spend.

We then found out about Build Aviator through our local Jewson branch in Bury St Edmunds. From the get-go it’s been incredibly straightforward. We share our architectural plans and the team comes back with a bill of materials which is costed out line by line.

It’s been just over a year since we discovered Build Aviator and we’ve nearly completed our 20th project using it. I can’t tell you how much time and money we’ve saved on research, working out logistics and materials, allowing us to focus on delivering exactly what the customer wants.

We’ve built a really strong relationship with the Build Aviator team, so much so we’re currently trying out the new Build Aviator Lite software, which automatically generates estimates for smaller external or internal projects. We’re really looking forward to seeing how it works for us.

Used this service a few times now. I'm really impressed with how the estimates look, the details i receive on materials required, schedules. Customers have commented on my quotes and how different they are to other ones.

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs! My partner used this company early 2020. It’s taken me this long to write a review as this company pretty much ruined him. BA missed off an important part of the quote & we only realised this after the customer had agreed to the price. It cost us £10,000 and almost put is under as we were a small business. My partner had a breakdown because of this and then lockdown hit. After many phonecalls, emails & false promises we sent a solicitors letter. This was never even replied to! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Still waiting for for the SAP calc"s and quantified quote seven weeks, they were promised in seven days!
Operatives will not even discuss the situation with me.
Ignorant and incompetent best describes Build Aviator.
I suspect they are just sales men with little to no training in the software they are using.
Avoid these charlatans at all costs!
