Operating in Barnsley, South Yorkshire since 1992, and limited company formed in 2009 following the opening of our second branch in Castleford, West Yorkshire. We have a wealth of knowledge amongst our staff between our branches who thrive off helping our customers and providing the correct materials for their jobs. Here at Building Plastics Direct we pride ourselves on stocking great quality products at affordable prices, we are proud of the products that we stock in which if we weren’t willing to install the product on our own homes then we simply wouldn’t stock it. In fact quite a lot of our products are installed on our homes from Cast Iron Effect guttering to EPDM roofs, from 110mm underground drainage to our Fascia & Soffit range. Most of which our staff have installed by themselves therefore giving them hands on knowledge of the products which they are able to pass onto our customers.

You did not seem to know whether this order was being handled by Castleford branch or Barnsley branch. It took a phone call from myself to sort the order out. This should not be necessary.

Never received my goods, it was the couriers fault but they sorted it with a replacement and different courier

Due to the tracking showing Delivered, we have to go through the correct channels in order to dispute this with the couriers.
As mentioned on our telephone conversation earlier today, this is being investigated further.
