I was disappointed to find out items were replaced unknowingly
I was disappointed to find out my friend had received "replacement" items, as what I ordered was out of stock. I was never informed of this or given a choice to chose something else before the gift was sent to my friend or after, and I would have never known if my friend hadn't sent me a photo of the box!
When I initially complained, I got a reply with a basic "I'm sorry, here is a 20% off code for your next order" which I thought was unacceptable when I'm unlikely to purchase from them again when I don't have the confidence what I purchase will be delivered. When I raised this again, I was given a refund for the items that was "replaced", so I am giving one extra star for that part of the customer service, but I won't be using the service again.

Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure all items ordered are in stock at the time of order placed, there are extraordinary circumstances when a product is incorrectly inventoried.
It was agreed that this item would be replaced so as to not delay dispatch for a 'like-for-like' product. However this was the incorrect course of action to take and retrospectively the studio should not have signed this off. We fully recognise this and have put protocol in place to ensure it does not happen in future.
We once again apologise for your experience on this occasion and hope you understand it is not reflective of the high standards of service we aim to deliver and does not deter you from ordering again in the future.

Great idea, but not as aesthetically pleasing as you might think
Great idea, and good selection of gifts to choose from although I would have preferred more gifts on the lower end of the budget scale. Good delivery timings. My only disappointment was the fact that the actual gift box didn't arrive in as pristine condition as I would have liked. I ordered 6, and at least 4 out of the 6 looked dented from the edges of the box which is quite obvious and not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye particularly when wanting to gift to someone for such a special occasion as bridesmaids/maid of honour.

Customer service was very good however there were some issues shipping abroad which were not made clear. These were resolved through the chat service. It is an expensive service but you are paying for the convenience.

Good service and the fact that they communicate well & quick via emails made up for a few setbacks like the limited choice & stock of affordable gifts online, the price value of the gifts which wasn't really worth it, and that they didn't manage to register what gift was for whom (since i had a few recipients) and I needed to choose the card and message again via email. However Im still happy with their service overall and would recommend them!
