Brilliant service

The request was handled promptly and most professionally. The interaction was seamless, and the service excellent.

Meet Michael at the complex and gave access to the apartments. Michael was very friendly and willing to see all areas that require reporting. He asked questions and was clear with his repsonse and made notes the whole time we were within the apartment and complex. We are looking forward to receiving the full report to hopefully have other parties complete maintenance to have areas rectified.

Buildspect were very professional and proficient in completing the building inspection. Very thorough with pricing and fees. The report came back quicker than i expected. The only issue i had was having to ask for a tax invoice for my account which had been paid.

Since the collapse of Porter Davis, life has been full of stress and anxiety. Dealing with the insurance, new builders to take over work etc has taken its toll especially for the inexperienced. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael from Buildspect at my site to do a defects inspection as part of my VMIA claim. Michael was brilliant, he took the time to explain the process, went over in detail all my identified defects, took plenty of photos and was very personable throughout the experience. At a time when communication about the process has been limited from our Insurance VMIA, Michael has provided me with the clarity and sense of ease I needed to continue our build journey.
