For all the world seemed like a fake company…
For all the world seemed like a fake company. After placing an order for stock items I waited a week and no dispatch so I left a message on their chat but no reply. At this point I started to get worried and discovered that the address/phone number for them is for a different location to their 'warehouse' - when chasing for an update by phone the person I spoke to said they couldn't track orders(!) so they'd have to get someone to contact me...which they never did. Another week later I was on the phone again requesting a refund expecting to get the run-around but this has actually now come through. Bizarre - they're simply so badly organised and unresponsive that they don't seem legit! Use at your own risk.

Terrible returns policy
Made and order, got an email saying they would take 40% of my refund as a restock charge. Spoken on phone, apparently already dispatched so can’t refund without taking the 40%
Do not use!!

Ordered 2 doors wrong doors turned up they won’t change them said I ordered the wrong doors and want to charge 40% of the price to take them back plus the return costs. I didn’t order the wrong doors. Would never use this company again

Can used as football?
The can of preservative arrived extremely dented. It is not leaking yet but I suspect that I may have to decant it to another container if it starts to rust at the bends.
The courier did not knock on my door when they arrived. I did not have TV or radio on so would have heard knock. Obviously did not use door bell either.
Product was what I wanted and slightly cheaper.

Good service and response to enquiries. The only issue perhaps the website being vague on where the goods were. Admittedly it was a very small order. Very helpful on the phone.
