I purchased a new LPD front door from Buildworld, after I had done some due diligence re LPD and their products looked to be very well made quality items, from a company with over 40 years... See more

Excellent doors true to size and well crafted, customer service were very helpful and doors were delivered on time stated. Will definately use Buildworld for supplies in future.
Sent out the wrong buckets and wouldn’t change them for the ones I ordered that were totally different. Won’t order from here again
Item I brought was not the item as picture shows on line. Contacted support been 5 days now still no contact back.
Ordered a hardwood door which arrived just as described and excellent quality / condition. Great communication from friendly delivery driver and clear communication from Buildworld between order & delivery. Nothing to fault!
Best price I could find for type of doors, quick delivery and no damages. Would use again.
Placed order for paving on 26/05/22. Had an instant response saying order was successful. £370.20.
Had not heard a thing from them on 01/06/22 so phoned only to be told they have not got the stock.
(Note I had to chase them to find this out, they had made no attempt to inform me).
Asked for refund only to be told I had to email them to cancel my order. So done this instantly.
Its now the 06/06/22 and still no sign of any refund.
How is this company allowed to carry on trading?
its appalling.
The most appalling company we have dealt with in a build costing over £350,000. Automated emails are sent without addressing issues. Delivery problems are made our fault and the call centre is powerless to help and will not put you through to a manager.
I would urge you to spare yourself the pain of dealing with this company and shop elsewhere.
I ordered door handles from build world, then I read some of the reviews that had been left and I was quite apprehensive, but they arrived as ordered no problems so very pleased.Plus the handles are lovely
Relatively easy enough transaction. Lead time a little longer than I would have liked but all In all will probably use agin.
Purchased an item, as website said it was in stock, turns out it was not, took over 7 days to get refund, in the end had to ask Bank to step in............be careful they want your money but doing like to give it back when the item is out of stock.....
Easy order process and product delivered promptly. Can’t fault at all.
Good service and goods came as promised. Keep up the good work
