I will be charging back the items i purchased what an awful marketplace/website. so sad to see other people struggling with this too

Absolutely terrible experiences. No customer support, it's impossible to remove resources too. Bans are issued out of thin air, the payment system is as limited and scamy as it could possibly be, as you have to share your personal information that is later on shared with hundreds of companies worldwide, and accept fees from not one but two intermediaries, let alone paypal fees. The website design, settings, resource panel, everything is low quality and counter intuitive. Overall my experience with the website was terrible. I highly reccomend to keep away from this website.

Now, I have 2 resources and in my private account I purchased some products like AzuriteHCF, aquaCore, etc.
In my experience, the support is well, not good not bad, just well, with 30k users who not jajaja

BuiltByBit (BBB) is a minecraft market but recently in the last year has joined the Roblox market which now deals in assets for the game Roblox. Their motivation for this shift was largely based on giving competition to another selling platform. We all thought they would be better than this other platform but they have not.

While their withdrawl system is a lot quicker than others, a pretty much instant withdrawl... there website is plagued with issues. The biggest issue is copyright. While I respect copyright, the rules on BBB are very hit or miss. For example branding on cars, military vehicles etc etc are not allowed but BBB continues to allow Star Wars assets on their site for both Minecraft section and Roblox despite clear paperwork that Star Wars belongs soely to Lucasfilm and Disney. I cannot upload my products as a seller for military assets but someone for Star Wars can. This made me extremely bitter and annoyed as this is an unfair situation.

Not only this but due to BBB lack of experience in the Roblox market, it has allowed numerious leaked assets to be uploaded and also does not ban sellers despite us telling them and proving to them that stuff is leaked. Once again this is frustrating and leading customers to purchase assets that are leaked and other people's property. We have contacted the owner and management numerious times without agreement to do anything to change this.

I would not recommend BuiltByBit to sellers or consumers.

this side is one of the worst.
i buy a config with resourcepack and that one was so bad that i make a 1 star rev but then i become a warn they removed the resource and dont give me my money back.
Freedom of speech is not tolerated on the site, so bad reviews are generally deleted.

They ban you and steal your money! They banned me for no reason!

Won't let me sell my products to users because they are too "unoriginal" even though I have hundreds of customers on ClearlyDev wanting to purchase those "unoriginal" products. And they also wouldn't let me sell on my first account, so I created a second and they banned it. Terrible website UI too, really slow.

Buch of scammers that break GDRP, ban you for having accounts on other platforms like sxc, nfs and then claiming it's a ban evading! Then also ban all your staff members because they can. Also, support is slow and not helpful. No buyer protection and more

You'll get banned if you create more than one account, and lose all the resources you purchased.

Always buy with PayPal so you can get your money back they dont answer Refound Tickets :D

i have a problem and i created a ticket and they wrote to me but after that i was ignored when i created another ticket it was closed by the same guy support really bad

I've been banned because my "friend" or partner refunded someone for doing a bad configuration job, on a PayPal account that I have no access to, on a ticket that I have been added after the order was made and paid, with proof provider, still ended up getting banned instead, both the staff and I are aware of the same events but seem to have different perspectives, I believe I shouldn't be the one to be punished for something I have no control over.

I wanted to start making money online by selling my services and products on ''BuiltByBit.com'' so I decided to buy some things for my profile site so it looks cool for the customers!

A couple days after that, I had ''beef'' with the user and moderator ''zalbus'' and had arguments. moments after that I randomly got banned for ban evasion what doesnt make sence!

The staff was beyond rude and had no customer service skills. Mick could care less about how we are being treated. If he cared he would of done something about it.
