Rita is one of the sweetest soul!
I attend her femme and soul classes and it is one of my favourite me time. If you want connect or discover your feminine side or just unleash that sexy queen within you, this is for you. It doesn't matter what level you are at as a dancer, you will find her dance classes incredibly exhilarating!

Couldn’t ask for a better personal…
Couldn’t ask for a better personal trainer. I always love the 6 week plans, full of variety with the goal of getting stronger. Rita listens to what my fitness goals are and is always so accommodating and motivational during our sessions. After years or struggling in the gym and not being happy with my performance, Rita has given me the confidence and strength in the gym that I’ve always wanted!
